I ordered a radio for my 2015 Dodge Journey. YOU SENT A BOX TO ME WITHIN 2 DAYS, BUT, IT WAS NOT A RADIO!

I called and explained what happened and your person sent the correct radio, but, it has something rattling around onthe inside of the radio. I'm concerned the repair shop will charge me to try it and it won't work.

It’s unfortunate that we can’t leave negative stars. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. My husband called and talked to a sales representative to explain the part that he was looking for. The sales representative told him what part he needed and we ordered it. Only to find out it was the wrong part. Now they want us to pay to ship it back to one of their buildings which is less than 20 minutes from us and we can’t take it there ourselves, along with paying a restocking fee. Their sales representatives apparently have no knowledge of what they are selling. So for a part that we paid over $700 for they are charging us over $400 for us to return it. And forget trying to talk to anyone in customer service both Nicki and Armond are extremely rude and will hang up on you. Don’t even try to call the corporate office because Nicki or Armond will answer and again hang up on you. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF SOME FRUSTRATION AND STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

the part I recieved has a broken fitting. I have drilled the hole and installed a threaded fitting, hopefully it will seal off completely

Ad says quick 3-4 day shipping, but NOT SO. Order got processed quickly, and a tracking number was sent, but a day after we were told it was to be delivered, not delivered. called customer service, and she was RUDE and lousy, argumentative, and apparently it hasnt left the terminal?? Then later in the day, they called back and said it will be delivered tomorrow? Guess we will see, but will never order from this company again, since we now have a pissed off customer!

It's nice to get the right part you ordered.. will use again when I need another auto part

I ment to order a strud leftside and regular for A Ford scape truck 6 cylinder engine 3.0 I never say I would need a 4x4 strud type at all just tonstart with and the strud they send me is all fully rusted my mechanic guy took a look at it and he say the way this strud was rusted to him it looks like was damage under water . The just send me the strud in the box no recipe or phone numbers where for me to call back to them for any concerns or complains at all very unprofessional type of bisness.

I 100% recommend Automotix to everyone! I had a very good experience with their delivery and it also was a very good price on the motor I got. I had the delivery down for my house but my brother in laws shop is where I wanted it and the driver said he would bring it there if that’s where I wanted it! The motor also came in very good condition as it said.

The engine I bought is in good shape & the shipping from FL to IL was crazy fast. All with terrific pricing!

They are a scam, they sell trash parts. Label their products incorrectly with pictures so you order the wrong items and they can charge you “restocking fee” and you have to ship back the parts to them. The customers service reps are rude and disrespectful. Especially one called Armond Wilson. I called to verify a order before I ordered the part. He confirmed it was the right thing and I should follow the website. Now when I got the wrong thing “ I shouldn’t have followed the website. Stay away from these people !

price was reasonable, unfortunately they sent the wrong Item, I called the customer service number, explained what had happened and the rep apologized and sent out the correct item which I received in 2-days. I have not installed it yet, but fingers crossed, everything will go well on my end.

The Lexus CD Radio I purchased is missing the faceplate. As Lexus does not sell the faceplate separately, I question why I was charged the current price you have for other complete identical Lexus 6 CD radios in your inventory? However, I would like to commend both Chris in sales and Star in customer service who each made an effort to help me buy the correct CD radio. I assume that you have some level of quality control in place to prevent a part from being shipped with missing parts. So, what happened? Sincerely, Thomas Hoover

Ordered a turbo for a 2018 Honda Accord Sport. came faster than expected, good quality part at a great price. Also came with a warranty which was a plus! Only bad thing I’ve got to say is the packaging. Could have looked more presentable to avoid giving the impression of poor quality.

The wrong part was received but Automotix replaced it quickly and without any problems. The replacement part was correct. Mistakes happen and the response is what is important. Automotix's response was terrific.

I ordered a rear axle from this company and then decided to change my mind because it took them two weeks to send the order. So I canceled the order and asked for a refund they waited for the order to come back to theme before they can issue the refund. Even after they receive the shipment of their own merchandise, I am still having problems receiving my refund. I paid through amazon pay thinking that it would be safer versus paying them directly. But Amazon can only pay the refund from the seller. So Amazon pay is waiting for the seller to refund them to pay back the money. Im out $598.00. I should have researched more before buying anything from this company. It’s a total scam. They are very rude. I spoke with a Brittany and Tom. They were both very unprofessional. They scream at you on the phone and give you no comfort in the situations. I have a recording of the whole thing as well

motor was suppose to be here on the 30th it is now the 2nd and still no word. I just finished with install of motor runs good. will buy from them again. only reason for 4 stars instead of 5. was took 3 weeks to get motor.
