I did not receive full order. I paid for two sets of seat covers for two different vehicles. Gave photos of what was requested for both vehicles and only received seat covers for one vehicle. As of right now i do not recommend buying from them.

The covers fit and look great! They look even better then I thought they would! The Quality is great and great craftsmanship!

I love the seat covers themselves. There’s a cover for the console though that looks great, but much thought wasn’t put into it. It stays bubbled up and comes off CONSTANTLY. There’s no real way to keep it on.

Ordering experience was great. Got several emails updating me on production process. Took about 5 weeks or so... seats look great!!

Fitment of the front the front seats is on par with what I expected. Rear seat bottoms fitment needs a lot of improvement. Overall they will do their job to protect the original seats from the sun when the top is off.

My seats color came in today and I’m so disappointed I haven’t even tried to install them yet. I requested custom stitching & piping color to match my vehicle and the didn’t do either one… very sad after anxiously waiting for two months on these to arrive.

I have begged someone to call me.... No response. You shipped me someone else covers.... I want full refund immediately.... no customer service at all.

So seat cover took a long time to get but well worth it they fit perfect just one issue is that the middle seat in my ram was wrong but other then that everything is good . It looks almost factory . Took some time to install but not to bad .

I purchased the car seat covers for a 2 door wrangler. I purchases the front and back seat covers. The car seat covers fit great and look great but I will say that they were somewhat difficult to install on the front seat backs, but that is not necessarily a bad thing, it just means they fit very snug. Unless someone is really looking closely, you wouldn't know that these didn't come installed from the factory. Production time was very long, approximately 10 weeks, but well worth the wait and they provided me frequent updates as to progress of my order. I would definitely purchase from Auto Seat Zone again!

The head rest cover ripped but I received no response on even paying for a replacement. Then a crucial piece simply fell off another part of the cover and no response from you all again. I would never recommend your company to anyone. I spent 400 dollars on something I can't use or return or even fix. Poor quality and service.

Seat covers look amazing. Pretty easy installation. Unfortunately they took a bit longer, but the fitment made it all worth while.

I would like to take a moment to recognize an exceptional customer service experience I recently had and to commend one of your representatives, Logan.
I purchased a PROSTROBE Stealth 4 and spent approximately two to three hours installing and testing the product. After completing the installation, I noticed that one of the white lights was not functioning. I initially visited your Gilbert and Guadalupe location to request a replacement for the defective light. Unfortunately, I was told that this was not possible without returning the entire set, and the interaction was not handled in a particularly helpful or courteous manner.

Faced with the prospect of uninstalling and reinstalling the entire unit, I decided to return to the original store where I made my purchase. There, I had the pleasure of working with Logan. Without hesitation, Logan assured me that he would do everything possible to help resolve the issue. Although the store had sold out of the item, Logan took the initiative to contact your Main Street location in Mesa (4155 E Main St, Mesa, AZ ).

Logan spoke with Jerimiah at that location, who was equally accommodating. By the time I arrived, the replacement lights were ready and waiting for me. The process was seamless—I was able to install the new lights in about 10 minutes and get everything working perfectly.

This experience made a significant difference. Logan and Jerimiah both demonstrated professionalism, initiative, and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. In today’s environment, it is rare to encounter individuals who go above and beyond in this way, and I believe their efforts deserve recognition.

I truly appreciate the outstanding customer service I received and wanted to ensure that Logan, in particular, is acknowledged for his exceptional support. I would also recommend giving him a raise, Im not sure what they make at AutoZone but when you get someone that great you want to hold onto them.

Great fit, high quality product.

While these seat covers look ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, factory made once they’re installed, and a BEAUTIFUL quality— be ready for an absolute fight to install them. Definitely would be much easier if you have the skills to remove your seats, but not impossible to install while the seats are in the vehicle. Just prepare for a practice in patience, and have some tools that will help with the hard to reach areas.

The instructions I was given were very, very broad, not specific to my vehicle, and therefore proved a little bit useless.

The separate airbag covers for my rear airbags have so far, proved impossible to install without removal, as the cushion is installed straight to the wall of my vehicle and I cannot get the straps behind it.

Over all, an amazing product as long as you have the patience and the basic skills to install.

It took like three months to deliver the seat covers, and when they arrived, they're not even the colorite purchase.And now they haven't responded to me.

I ordered these for all 3 rows in my ‘25 Nissan Pathfinder. Firstly, they did not come with good instructions at all! The booklet was just general instructions. These were SO hard to put on!!! It took us about 8 hours on two separate days to get them all on. In some places we were having to pull so hard that the covers ripped, or the tool sent with the covers to tuck the edges in (wasnt the instructions) ripped a hole, and a zipper broke completely apart while trying to zip it. However, they look really nice. My husband told me not to EVER order seat covers again after this experience lol
