This is my second post. The company new name is Ava & Allen. On the cover has a Caucasian couple with a fake United States address and phone number dont be fooled like I was. Imakeca long story short I ordered from them on Mayb6 2026. I did not receive my order until May 19 2026. Quality of clothes were sub par and one of the items I ordered was not in the package. I emailed their customer service department to inform that I'm missing an item. It was implied that the ite. Was sent. After going back and forth they agreed to resend. When they sent the tracking number there was no record of that tracking order m. Again the phone number given the phone was a constant busy signal.

My packaged arrived today and guess what they sent the wrong item. At this point im done. Was an expensive lesson learned. So please take warning do not order ftom this company. It's been well over month when I put in my order and it's still not right. Buyer beware.!!!

Absolute trash. Another scam with no refund for “discounted items”. I was Charged $50 for great looking shoes for a birthday gift from their website. The shoes arrived and they are the cheapest-low quality-Chinese sweat shop garbage you have ever seen! They were originally priced at $80. The new scam is putting a photo of a good looking item on the website-charging a lot so that the consumer thinks it is quality and then offering no refunds or exorbitant return shipping costs to Europe? And offering a discount on a further purchase. I would NEVER order from this scam of a website again. I was Just ROBBED of $50 and I will be reporting this to the Fair Trades Commission.

Buyer be warned…the sweaters looked great on Instagram and I ordered the grey one with embroidered wildflowers. What came (many weeks later) was a poor quality shirt with flowers printed on it. Very deceptive.
I’m disputing with the credit card company otherwise I’m out $50.

First it took weeks to receive the item. I emailed to check on the status. No response. I received the shoes I ordered, they shipped the wrong size. I have been trying to contact them for days with no response. I wish I had seen the other reviews before I ordered here. The page says 30 returns, then dig further and it's all this BS about returns, charges, you are responsible for shipping and it sounds like it's to China. Email for label.... well they don't respond. AWFUL.

Don't waste your money! I purchased 2 "wool" coats early in November as Christmas presents. They did not arrive until after Christmas and they were junk. They do not look anything like the photos from their advertisements. Then when I attempted to return them, I found out that they were from CHINA and not CALIFORNIA! I would have to pay to return them to China and was offered a 10% refund. This business's product is extremely cheap; they are very misleading and make promises that are not fulfilled. Wish I would have seen these reviews prior to losing over $100!

No stars! Overpriced dreck! Not at all as advertised. It says full refunds, but items must be returned to CHINA at purchasers expense. This is NOT a cute mom a daughter company but a bait and switch

This company deserves no stars. It is a total fake and the product received was nothing like the product ordered. There is no store front. This is a Chinese company and the website is a total lie.

The merchandise I received was not the advertised picture in their ad. Not even close. I ordered an embroidered floral sweater and received a printed t-shirt. When I complained about the discrepancy, I was offered 15% off on my next purchase. There will be no next purchase. Do not waste your money.

I ordered 3 sweaters, received 2 shiny shirts with a printed design. The 3rd is a sweater that is not even in shape and looks like an xsmall and not the large I orders. This is not a mother daughter shop. It was shipped from china. I had hoped for the price (not cheap) that they still would have been quality. Run from this company do not walk away run.

This is a Chinese mass produced "jewelry" company. These are cheap (and look it) copies of artisan items. Poor quality and poor finishes.

Heel mooie ring maar na 14 dagen te dragen ziet mijn vinger groen. Mailtje gestuurd naar klantendienst , ze zouden een oplossing zoeken maar moest foto's doorsturen. Dit heb ik dus gedaan en kreeg als antwoord dat het aan mij lag ( huidtype). Ik had ook geantwoord op een advertentie op facebook met de vraag of het normaal was dat de ring af ging. Ze hebben me geblokkeerd op facebook. Nooit koop ik daar nog iets.
