Disappointed with AvaCare Medical
I ordered a transport chair from AVACARE MEDICAL. The box was cut and damaged plus retaped in numerous places. Almost like someone else returned the item prior to my purchase. The chair came with a deep scratch. I asked them to discount the chair because of the scratch, but they wanted me to rebox the chair in the box that was falling apart and reorder. Unfortunately, I did not have the time to reorder and return so I had to keep the chair with the deep scratch. It was a DRIVE transport chair. I'm not sure if AvaCare Medical has a warehouse or if they just place an order with DRIVE and they ship it out.
