Very clean home with well-outfitted kitchen
Very clean home well stocked with mugs glasses plates bowls and good quality sauté pans which allowed us to cook for our team. Very responsive hosts. Thanks for having coffee and tea and dishwashing packets available. One of my very top Airbnb stays!

Great place!
The process was easy! The unit was clean and well stocked! The view was spectacular! The unit was large and the beds were comfortable! It is in a quiet location away from the crowds which appealed to us. Overall, we had a great stay!

Avantstay never sent a "field rep" to…
Avantstay never sent a "field rep" to fix our communication problems. No TV availability. No internet availability. A "backup" internet sign in the unit with a Spectrum wifi connect that produced message "connected, no internet". We had requested and we're shown property was 1st floor with poolside view. It was 2nd floor in adjacent building. We think price adjustment is necessary.

Pictures didn't do the place Justice
First and foremost the place was very clean and put together. Each room had towels and extra blankets which was great it had everything you needed if you wanted to cook. Maybe the only thing that was missing was an air fryer but that is not necessary. The pictures did represent the property so we did appreciate that and the ease of getting in and checking out was a extra bonus

Great Apartment
Location is perfect. Even though we were right in the middle of everything, you didn’t hear all the noise. I loved not having a window in the bedroom, I slept so good being in the dark. I didn’t like that the ironing board was broke. I had to iron our clothes on the floor. It would have been great to have more towels. I take 2 showers a day and I had to re-use a wet dry towel. There was only 1 towel per person.

The house was enough room for my family very clean but we had a water leak from the upstairs bathroom water was coming down on to the kitchen counter we could not use that bathroom and we had bad WiFi tv outside did not work and limited access in the house we were too far from our home we had to stay and make the best of it

The water leak from the upstairs bathroom, along with the WiFi issues and the outdoor TV not working, is certainly not acceptable and would have made your stay less comfortable. We understand how frustrating it must have been to lose access to part of the home and still have to make the best of the situation.

The place was very nice but I gave it a 3 star because the dishwasher was not working and we found a pair women's dirty panties in the bathroom. They did offer to remove them and disinfect the area but we had already taken c/o it.

The heated pool was a great add on…
The heated pool was a great add on especially due to the weather. Definitely saved our weekend from being stuck inside. The bar area was super nice. We had a great time at this place and would definitely come back again. The house was very nice and comfortable. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed for cooking. Enjoyed our stay all around. 10/10

The house is great for 2 couples. There is plenty of places to sit and to hang out. We loved the jacuzzi and that is across the street from the bay.
The only downside is there is only one bathroom
Place is clean and beds are comfortable! We really enjoyed the house.

Great Stay - plenty of space
The mgmt company was very responsive. The soaps, shampoos, starter kits were very helpful. Location is up and coming and a quick Uber ride to Broadway. We had two families and plenty of room to spread out. Walgreens was right across the street and Kroger a block or two away. There was a farmers market you can walk to for coffee and other items in the morning. The unit had a nice supply of dishes/pots and pans. The beds were comfortable with clean white sheets and duvet covers. The unit is 3 stories - with all bedrooms on the second or third floor.

Beautiful home with a pool and pier was top tier.
The house was so beautiful and fit perfectly my family of six. We really needed a home away from home and thats exactly what this home provided. Pool and with a pier was top tier. Both myself and my kids who are all water kids and my husband/kids are all fishing junkies. Definitely will be coming back for another get away.
