I bought this Jamaican Ludo board for my boyfriend’s 30th birthday and it was honestly one of the best gifts! 🇯🇲 The quality of the board is great and the colours are really vibrant. It brought such a fun, nostalgic vibe to the celebration and everyone wanted to join in. We ended up playing for hours and laughing the whole time. It’s a perfect gift if you want something a bit different that brings people together. Definitely recommend! Ava is extremely professional and responds to message straight away xx

I was a little sceptical at first but once it arrived & I opened it, I just KNEW the person I bought it for, would LOVE it..
You did that !! 👏🏽 👏🏽
(highly recommend)
Thank you.

I would highly recommend this if you are looking for a custom ludo board. From the start to finish they met all the requirements need from providing me with a preview of the board before deliver. Aswell as keeping me informed the loop as to when the courier would deliver.
Only downside was that the courier did not deliver before Christmas which was not due to the seller.
But overall a great experience and would recommend to anyone that needed a custom Ludo board

This was one of the most disappointing customer service experiences I have ever had and it significantly impacted my family’s Christmas. I placed an order on 27 November for £85. The item was delivered on 16 December to an incorrect address. I contacted the company on 21 December and was advised to personally check whether the occupants at the incorrect address had received the parcel. I was then informed that nothing could be done until the parcel was returned to them, despite the delivery error being entirely their responsibility.

After further communication, they eventually stated that a replacement would be dispatched the following day with next day delivery, as the item was intended as a Christmas gift. Unfortunately, no replacement was sent and I received no communication on the expected delivery date. Christmas passed without the gift, and it became clear that I had been misled about the replacement shipment.

The company only responded again after I mentioned escalating the matter to the ombudsman, at which point a full refund was issued. Overall, this was an extremely frustrating and unacceptable experience. I would strongly advise others to avoid this company.

Easy to order, an was delivered on time, also seller sent message to keep me updated. My partner is going to be happy with his gift.

Beautiful item, delivered so quickly - the recipient was so overwhelmed with the custom design, so unusual - and the quality is unmatched!

Great quality double sided ludi board and amazing customer service. Great for games night as it has snakes and ladders on the other side. Love the details and quality work put into this board.
