Very easy and straight forward navigating the web site online. Quick response for appointment time. Follow up appt with a Doctor on time. I will use this site again when I need it and recommend it anyone who is having difficulties getting in to see their Doctor.

Avee has been the greatest rescuer for Vancouverites in current health care crisis that either you can't find a family doctor or your family doctor just completely ignores you. Dr. Bamigboje answers all our questions and help us get the correct tests to learn about our problems.

It's free and easy to get doctor appointment when other options make you wait longer and sit in line for hours. Doctors are knowligable and professional, always patient and polite Strongly recommended!

As I expected, they know how to treat, a person. And know what we want(or myself anyways) as usual very fast prompt appt! And.there is no bs its.to the point with fast effortless help. I got all the meds I needed in under 2 min and sent to the exact pharmacy I use the whole experience was over.so fast I was almost wanting there to be more lol

This is a great way to talk to a doctor when you need one. So simple and so effeciant!

He was honest and suggested other avenues for treatment / deeper diagnosis. The door was left open for further consult / once this is done.

Call came in on time, no waiting, quick, concise, clear, refill for a prescription done in less time then it would take me to even get to the car to drive to a walk in appointment to do a routine renewal!

I hadn’t been able to get in with my doctor for weeks. I’d gone through 2 sets of emergency refills and was officially out and struggling. But this morning I was able to get an appointment within the hour on Avee! The booking process took no more than a minute. And when the doc called it took no more than 2 minutes to get my prescription refilled so I could step out of the office and then step right back in without missing work. It was incredibly efficient.
The doc was also wonderfully kind and friendly.

My first time using Avee Health, didn’t know what to expect. I was very hopeful this might be positive owing to the quick appointment set-up and access to professional medical advice.Dr. Anderson listened to my concerns and acted proactively by ordering lab tests to address one of my symptoms. A follow up will be scheduled in a week. I felt the weight of concern and anxiety lift soon after my meeting with Dr. Anderson.
The Avee Health system is,for me, an answer to the untimely and onerous task of getting an appointment with my own family doctor. Thank you for a great first appointment!

Waited 3 hours until my appointment time, then another hour *after* my appointment time to receive the call from the doctor. Never received a call. Finally received a text from Avee saying my appointment was cancelled & to rebook. No priority is offered - you just have to go thru the entire process again & hope a doctor shows this time. So Avee is rather liberal with YOUR time, expecting you to keep yourself available for more than an hour for the doctor's call but maybe the doctor will never call!

UPDATE - July 21, 2026 - I did get thru to a Dr eventually back in June and Dr completed an online form, for "Special Authority" (approval of a medication) for Plan G Pharmacare. The appointment was done efficient, Dr was helpful. So today I am using Avee once again. Same thing happened as back in June 2026. I booked for a 12PM call. Got a message after 12PM saying Dr could no longer make it (altho this time it was minutes after 12PM, not an hour). I still had to re-book all over again, but at least this time the earliest appointment was only one hour later, so at least there is an improvement. I should also add that I received a text message that Avee wasn't confident the Dr could address my concern (Dr completing "Special Authority" online form for Plan G, Pharmacare) even tho my previous Avee appointment was a doctor doing exactly this.

Bottom-line - I value the online appointments Avee is providing. And today's experience is, admittedly, more convenient than having to go to my family doctor or walk in clinic, despite the hiccups I have experienced every time I have used the service so far.
