I can’t recommend Avenue road enough, Andrew came out and valued the property and within 4 days my flat was online. Andrew was so helpful and always there to answer any questions. We left to go on holiday and Andrew took charge of all viewings and offers. We got a message on holiday to say the flat had sold which was a great ending to our holiday. Thanks again Andrew!

5 stars are no where near enough the amount of stars these guys deserve. A million stars 🌟 You will honestly never find another estate agency that really, truly cares about their clients. From the first phone call, I knew these were the guys I'd choose. And i had spoken with 5 other estate agents in the past 6 months, and these guys felt so different from the rest. Their knowledge, family values, the warmth and honesty they both exude, made me feel at ease every step of the way- when this was not an easy decision for us to make.
From the most talented photographer, the stunning drone footage and literally 24/7 communication from Andrew- I actually can't believe these guys charge as low a fee as they do. They are worth double. And are still thousands cheaper than your high street agencies!?

Got in contact with them and spoke to Andrew about selling our flat and Andrew came out the next day and talked us through the whole process and how much the fess would be and they where so much cheaper than the previous estate agent we had been in touch with.
