Fabulous! Averys probably provides the perfect blend of super wine at sensible prices. The wine choices outshines the supermarkets, and typically come from selected producers making them great quality. Added to that the ordering process is great and the delivery is quick and efficient. What’s not to love?

I have always championed Averys
I have always championed Averys. They supplied my restaurants in the ‘90s, offer excellent wines at competitive prices.
However this episode has quickly undone so much goodwill.
I ordered a.’Bank Holiday’ mixed case plus a 3 bottle ad on.
These were to be delivered the next day (Friday) and were intended for my house guests over the holiday weekend.
I learned today (Saturday) that the delivery by DHS was going to be on Tuesday.
The situation has left me embarrassed and out of pocket. As an apology I was offered a £10.00 Averys voucher. An offer that doesn’t even scratch the surface.

Great wines, great service.
We love the choice of wines and have purchased regularly from Averys, both at their cellars and online. The experience has always been excellent and delivery has always been fast. Very happy and will continue to use them.

Good service.
The overall experience was not 'great'!! I ordered, the system worked, the wine was delivered all satisfactorily. Quite happy thank you but the 'experience' was not 'great' nor was it 'super' or 'mega' or whatever.
(From an elderly customer who is sick of the hyping up of platitudes- years ago it would have been referred to as 'b...sh.t'!)
