I’ve had a really positive experience with Aviano Agency so far. Communication has been quick, professional, and straightforward from the beginning. The team explained everything clearly and delivered exactly what was promised without making the process complicated.

What stood out to me most was how responsive and helpful they were throughout. You can tell they actually care about helping brands and creatives grow online rather than just treating people like another number.

If you’re looking to build your social presence and work with a team that’s organised, friendly, and efficient, I’d definitely recommend giving them a try.

I thought I'd give them a go, and the initial customer service was, as others have said, very prompt and courteous and so on. But the service they offer is very definitely not for me.

They are basically just selling the chance to add fake accounts as followers on Instagram, to try and impress gullible idiots. Fine. If that's your game, and you think that paying to have loads of bot accounts following you will make you seem 'trustworthy', then I'm sure you'll get on well with Aviano. But I give my audience a bit more credit than that. I want genuine followers who are interested in the grassroots music I'm promoting. I have no intention of paying for thousands of fake followers. Who is that going to impress? Certainly not the people I'm trying to reach.

Aviano have pointed out that I did not purchase the paid service. They claim that my review is therefore dishonest. Not so. But for the sake of completeness, let me add that it is true that I chose not to opt in to any paid services - precisely because all they were offering me was the chance to buy fake accounts as IG followers. In my view that is a scam, pure and simple. Maybe it's an effective scam. But it's still not one I'm interested in participating in.

If they offer other services, that's great. Maybe those services are useful, or maybe other people are happy to pay for fake followers. But they didn't mention any other services to me in the trial, so I can only comment on my own experience.

I think it's a bit rich for a company who create fake social media accounts and sell them as 'followers' to accuse someone of being dishonest for criticising that practise, solely on the grounds that I didn't buy any of the fake 'followers'.

Uses scripted instagram bots to message accounts and promote "free followers" of bot accounts, which are harmful to engagement rates. Upon explaining that they are harmful and I want them removed, they start over, offering to give me free followers, but then asking me to buy the service after having already received spam followers....
