Easy to use website. Placing my order and paying for it was no problem. Company gave you all the information you need. I was impressed with the communication regarding recieving the samples. Very quick results at a great price.

Placing order was easy. Once I sent sample I received email next day that they have my samples and I will have results in 5-7 days.

I received my DNA results on the 6th day in the morning and the physical certificate next day.

I would say don't get the physical certificate.the quality is not good for the certificate.its photo print of the certificate. When you get the certificate in what'sapp print those in the boost this will save you money.

I will give 5 stars for the service and communication. 3 starts for the physical certificate copy. Can do better job.

I would like to have DOB options in the certificate as well that is not many company do but good to have

Website is easy to navigate, reasonably priced and prompt service. I have used before and been happy with the service and will certainly use in the future. I also like the fact that this seems to be a UK business. Many of the competitors are not UK based.
