First class service from Avis, which was expected!

Hold deg unna. Først setter de skyhøyt depositum for å selge forsikring du ikke trenger. Deretter tar de hele depositum på bensin, selv om det bare var behov for å fylle 5-10 liter etter kjøring fra Dublin til flyplassen. Avis Irland gjør at jeg aldri kommer til å bruke Avis igjen.

Car was clean, economical to drive. Not one I would want for a long drive though - incredibly clunky and I would now never buy a Dacia. I was told that it would be a terminal pick-up - it wasn't and the bus service was infreqeunet compared to all the other companies. Glad I wasn't in a hurry

Easy check-in experience. Short walk from terminal to collect car. Friendly staff. Car itself was nice and clean. Simple process to return car. Great experience all round.

I have had many car rentals in different locations around the world - but on both occasions with Avis in Barcelona Airport they have scammed / overcharged for extra's or damage to the car rental ( thankfully I had taken pictures and video) - and despite multiple emails to "customer service" there is no answer.
Do not rent a car from Avis / Budget in Barcelona.

Excellent service and car everything went smoothly the only gripe we have is with shuttle buses very difficult to get 20kg case onto bus with no help from driver who sat and watched us otherwise all was great especially staff at desks and returns all very friendly fast and professional

Quick and friendly pick up at Dublin Airport

Our car was a Nissan Quasqai and a great drive, loads of room and great boot space.
Price was great and comparable to using public transport but having the freedom of doing everything in our own time.

Will definitely use again.

Rented 3 cars almost 2 months ago. Last week they finally released ONE of the three deposits made. Still waiting for the other two.
