There is so much I have learned about myself since starting the Spiritual Life Coach certification course with Sophie Frabotta. Things I never would have imagined. My inner-child and I are in such a better place now, I've created such a safe and happy space for her. I feel like a different person. I've processed traumas I wasn't aware of and many I knew were there, but didn't know how to handle. There's still work to do, but I'm in a better place. I have dealt with my abandonment issues, which showed me why I grew up being that "tough, independent" girl, acting like I didn't need anyone. My gifts are coming through more clearly. I've overcome my fear of death and I've reconciled my love of Jesus with my spiritual path, seeing that they don't have to be separate.
