I got a 2 month subscription for 2 devices.
Initially it worked well a few times I had to message to say it was not working and they sent me new codes ect.
For 3 weeks now I have been messaging as the service has not been working they responded once to say “one moment” it’s been 3 weeks with me messaging for a solution I have asked for a refund as there is just over a year remaining.
They have said they would refund but still not received or resolved.
They have been good up untill last 3 weeks it’s a shame as it was a good service.

Inconsistent and very glitchy

Been running this for about 6 months now, have a 2 gig line, decent media player and VPN, but have to reset the IPTV player repeatedly, pretty much every 2nd day, no matter which player you use. Playlist also stopped working repeatedly, it's just very glitchy and extremely inconsistent.

Bought 2 year subscription.
Connection problems for the first 3 months which were resolved with constant url changes.
Now after 6 months, account has expired and no response to emails or WhatsApp messages.
Absolute Scam - avoid at all costs.

I bought a years subscription and after 6 weeks or so I lost connection. I wrote an email and it was fixed within a couple of days. However I have now lost connection again, I cannot get any emails delivered and I get nothing trying to use their chat line. I fear they have gone out of business given they are not contactable. Looks like I have lost 7 months subscription.

Scam company. Iptv stop work after 2 weeks. No refund no tv!!!

Service in general had been all round great. But I paid for a year and they update your expiry date month by month. It's now 5 days I've been without service, due to them falling to extend the expiry date. I paid for a year in Jan and it isn't working anymore since mid June. Messaged them and had absolutely no reply. 1 year is now 5 and a bit months apparently. Shocking service in the end as well as shocking customer service

I have payed for 2 years subscribtion.
After one month I stated to have issues. Every month I had to contact custom service, because it stoped streaming. It took days to repair them problems. I have to beg them to fix the problems every month. Now, it not working three days, I had contacted custom service, no respond. I highly recomend do not buy this service!!

1st year it was ok. Then I subscribed for another one and paid them and it stopped working. They haven't fixed it for 2 months. They dont refund. They block you to be able to email or contact. I wish it did work but it just doesn't.

After i took the subscription out with them i saw problems with movies loading up and and then randomly stopping when i brought up the problem on WhatsApp to them interaction was very unhelpful and they tried one or two things which never worked to solve this problem and then in the end they stop replying back on WhatsApp. I have contacted my Credit Card for a refund. They are simply and clearly small time players and that have become thieves!

Awkngtv is the best iptv service by far. Great customer service. Had the programming for 2 years now. Great channel selection. Great price.

Have been with them for 2 1/2 years. They were great the first two years. They are horrendous now. Emails are returned and support is not answering. DO NOT USE!!! SCAM ARTIST

I've been with Awkng for 2 years. It used to be great, but it's a terrible service now. Constant issues needing to be sorted by support, then given whole new logins after they attempted to tell me my account expired (2 months early!) meaning all sorting and epg that took ages is now gone and it's a mess. Nothing offered in terms of compensation or anything. Shame really as they used to provide a great service but I won't be renewing.

They refused to help me when I had no service even though I paid for a monthly subscription. I was told I could not get a refund, even though their website states a refund is available if requested within 7 days of purchase.

I have been bought subscription for two years in September. Since that every two weeks I have problems, because it stop working.I have to contact tech.support team +1 (332) 254-1331 every two weeks. Last few days they even not bother to respond to me messages. I even have asked for refund, no respond at all. I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS COMPANY TO HAVE A BUSINESS WITH!!

I bought a 12 month Sub and it lasted 3 months, 2 two weeks without, finally got another month stopped again.now they will not answer no Cust service. I tried for sub last night, instant reply to sell me one, but no interest in fixing my yrly sub.
Con job, stay away from them, useless and terrible customer service.

I have had this for a year and I have never had an issue. I have needed to reach out for advice and got instant replies. Greta service and selection is great. I had SkyQ and this beats it hands down. Thank you

Great service, very fast

I’ve gone through multiple IPTV providers over the years but these guys are by far the best. Their customer service is awesome too, you can always get a hold of someone. No IPTV is perfect so you get the buffering sometimes but I message them and they get it figured out. Going on year 2 with them.

Really great support as very helpful.
Better than any other provider we’ve used.
