Great response and attended next morning. Andrew quickly identified and fixed source of water leak. Also noted ball valve not working well and replaced that. Will definitely use Andrew again.

Andrew fixed a leaking isolation valve. It needed a second visit and Andrew was quick to come back and sort the problem. Very happy with the service.

Andrew has done a great job servicing our boiler.
It is the 2nd time we called him for annual service and will carry on doing so for years to come. We look after the boiler by getting the right person to service it and the boiler will look after us. The rest speaks for itself.

Andrew / AWPS from the day I contacted him on our underground pipe leak was very informative of what action was needed and quick to respond to the issue which affected 4 homes! Once he had seen and quoted on the job, arrange to come on a weekend, which was amazing as the water was pouring out ! We were happy with the job which did result in a few issues but he and his team were quick to resolve . Price was reasonable and the final invoice was very close to the original estimate. We got his number from a link Affinity Water advised us to use to search , so was happy we were happy we picked AWPS.

We have been using AWPS for a few years. Mr. White respond promptly and efficient in his service.

Our work was subcontracted out to another plumber. Unfortunately, he was late on site every day, and totally inconsiderate of our property, in terms of any type of protection when using his blow torch to solder pipework, hence burnt skirting boards and singed carpets. At the 'completion' of the work, we found a number of issues that prevented the renovation going forward, as follows. Unable to refit floorboards, as the newly installed pipework was too high. Pipework incorrectly installed, which delayed our plasterers coming in. On attempting to contact the original contractor, he stated that the problems were nothing to do with him, and our contract was with the guy he appointed to carry out the work. This was despite us paying the original plumber for the work. We, eventually, after additional pressure, got the original plumber to come round, and resolve the numerous problems. Frustrating time that held up everything else that we had booked for our renovation.

Andrew was super helpful and provided excellent service. He went above and beyond to repair my boiler the same day. I would recommend him 100%
