Ordered a charm over 3 weeks ago never received a confirmation email so had no prove of purchase except PayPal, nothing ever arrived tired contacting the company got nothing back luckily I filed a dispute with PayPal and got a refund instantly, would not recommend this website

Very disappointed with the charm and the service. I purchased a charm for my Daughter to go with her Xmas gifts. I ordered it at the end of September in case it took longer than expected. It arrived in good time but fell apart within a couple of weeks. I contacted them directly and they said it was out of the 30 day guarantee period !!!! I got back to them, as it fell apart, but they ignored me. I will Hever use them again, and would advise everyone to stay clear.

I ordered a Groot Marvel charm. It was delivered within 4 days. It’s perfectly formed with little crystals and the detail is amazing. I’ve had it on my bracelet for weeks and no discolouration. Im going to order more.

Bought a charm for my daughter, the charm was scratched on the shell, and the silver is not sterling silver but silver plated. I complained and asked got a return and I got an instant full refund which tells you this company knows the jewellery is fake. Do not cheap out and buy this junk.

I never usually write reviews for any shop or service but I'm just really happy with this site and wanted to share my experience. Sure, they're not real Pandora charms but considering they're around £7 each per charm, they're such good value. They're really high quality and honestly it's hard to tell the difference from the real thing apart from the fact that they're not hallmarked with the Pandora name/engravings and the small details are a little less refined, but other than that they're honestly great cheap alternatives. I'm currently building a necklace and trying to completely fill it with charms. I do have a lot of genuine ones on it but considering how many I'll need to complete the whole thing, I wouldn't be able to do it as quickly without popping a few dupes on there that I got at a fraction of the price. The shipping's also really fast. Overall soooo pleased ✨

Ordered 6 charms from their website, arrived within 3 days, beautiful charms, identical to pandora and so much cheaper, they did send one of the wrong charms but I messaged them via their website and they replied immediately and sent the correct charm out which arrived 3 days later free of charge and let me keep the one I wrongly received, communication is great, I can't fault this company

At first, I was hesitant to place an order after reading some mixed reviews. If I had gone with my initial instinct, I wouldn’t have made it past the checkout stage. Ordered two charms over a week before Christmas. They never arrived. It’s now 30th December but still not arrived. Tried numerous times to contact Axa charms, but no response. Avoid this company.

Given the price of charms from Pandora I thought I’d take a chance and order from here. I only ordered 3 charms so if I didn’t receive them or they weren’t good quality then I’d not be losing a lot of money. Anyway, the charms arrived, delivery was slow not what it stated on the website, think I waited about a week. When they arrived I was happy. Great quality just as seen in the photos on the website I was very impressed. So much so I’ll be ordering more.

Have now ordered 5 charms from this website 3 are really good and look exactly as advertised 2 are definitely not like the picture on website Disney princess charms wheee shown with coloured stones or colour flowers but both belle and Rapunzel charms are just silver coloured and not the best it’s a shame as the other charms I ordered are really quite good so it’s definitely hit and miss I think , but will probably not order anymore to avoid disappointment

Ordered 2 Lovely charms for my Friends 50th birthday. Both charms arrived and looked exactly like the photo. I was a little unsure about ordering as I've read all the 1star reviews. I will definitely be ordering more from them as Pandora are so over priced.
