Awesome dress. Quick delivery service. Great communication.

It was very frustrating to learn that the dress I had ordered was not in stock - even when it was available for purchase on the website. It took a few back-and-forth emails to figure out estimated delivery, which was upsetting too. I ended up replacing that dress by another one, which was also not ideal. At the end, it took 2 weeks for my order to be shipped.

I have been a frequent customer of the brand, unfortunately my last order is proving to be a very unpleasant experience. On June 23rd I placed a large order which to date has not arrived. After several emails and a lack of information, they tell me that they do not have one product. They give me the option of waiting another month to receive the entire order or canceling that product and sending the others, to which I reply that I prefer the latter option. So far, there is no concrete answer regarding the shipment and refund.

Dresses are overpriced - for the price I paid, I expected best quality and design.

My experience was great! I really like the dresses, it's a shame that 1 of the 3 is too small for me and I have to have it redone by the seamstress, but overall I really like the quality, the fabric, the details!

While the dresses are beautiful. The customer service was really something exceptional. Greatly appreciate the time, patience and honesty.

Please beware of this brand and ordering online! 😟I placed my order on April 7th. It’s June 3rd and I have NO NEWS about my order. No response from their customer support, no estimated delivery information, nothing. The only thing they have said is that they were behind on production due to the fact that it’s high season and their pieces are handmade. Nothing else. I’m still waiting. Have sent several emails - no response! This has been the worst online purchase experience I’ve ever had. Feeling very disappointed and uneasy, wondering if I’ll ever get my order. Worst yet, I’ve asked for my money back because I am no longer interested — no response😓😰

I desperately requested a refund and an update via their IG DM…they did not respond and they BLOCKED me.

I’ve had so many people ask where I got my dress—it’s gorgeous, and it really made me feel like a goddess!

I’ve been waiting to buy this peace silk set for some time- usually one piece or the other is out in my size. I finally got it and am sad that the “cream” color is actually quite yellow.

Das Kleid wurde an einer Stelle nicht zugenäht und hat dadurch einen anderen Ausschnitt als angegeben. Ich habe das gleiche Kleid 2x bestellt. Beim ersten Kleid war alles super, wirklich wunderschön. Ich gebe jedoch nur 2 Sterne, weil der Kundenservice nicht antwortet. Das ist ziemlich schade und sollte nicht so sein.

The dress is beautiful, and worth it's money. It's good fabric and fits well. Just one thing: I ordered to Germany and did not know that there was an additional fee to the shipping cost, regarding customs. Just keep that in mind to not have a bad surprise.

Beautiful dress! I had been eyeing it for a couple years and took the plunge for my bday and I’m so happy I did. I feel like a Greek goddess in this dress! The shipping was super fast too!! Loved the little incense included inside the package:)

Originally wrote a poor review but since then, the Aya team has been so helpful. I'd give them more stars but the items haven't arrived yet. Great communication. Looking forward to leaving a fabulous review once items arrive!!!
