Disappointed and annoyed
I was enjoying the beautiful stories, Until I was contacted by my bank. It Took me to an external page instead of my app store, only realising later when notified by my bank. I Agreed to pay $6.99 for 1 month only. They withdrew $10.17 Then got a msg from my bank saying they tried withdrawing another $56.97 The bank blocked my card and then they tried to withdraw again another random amount $21.30 or something like that. I cancelled subscription. I had to cancel my card and order a new one so they don't keep attempting to withdraw random amounts ! Such a hassle now!

Please don’t fall for this scam! I have tried to cancel my subscription and they won’t answer me via email which is the only support contact. They charge me every month. This is really frustrating. Keep away.

This app is a complete scam
This app is a complete scam. I have tried to cancel my subscription and reported them to the app store however I am still getting charge $39.00 a month. I have reported them to my credit card company as well. They are non muslims running the company and there is no way to contact them once they get your credit card information. Please stay away and don't fall for the BS replies they leave regarding customer service. They do not reply back or issue refunds.

Avoid this app. I cancelled but they still charged me three times in one month (£81.02). I have reported this to my bank. Very bad experience.

Never experienced this kind of scam I would like advise everyone who thinks this app will help you become better Muslim but let me tell you this app just manipulate you with around £5 subscription and charge you around £30 twice a month I got scammed and got charged for 4 times in two months and when I asked for refund it was denied I would have now even given then 1 star I am giving it because there is no option of 0 stars

Scam, very disappointed
First of all this is made only for iPhone,
Secondly it's impossible to find log in button, I had to go through cancel subscription to get logged in, thirdly it doesn't even work on computer, they bill you and then upgrade you for very expensive monthly subscription without giving you opt-out option, it's just a Money grab in the name of teaching Islamic stories, playing with peoples' emotions like this, will go straight to hell. Most important THEY DO NOT HAVE SUPPORT, an automated email come in saying to to help centre and that should be good. Are u freaking kidding me, charging so much and not even have ahan support with some half ass finished app .

I should’ve check reviews before subscribing. This is SCAM. The have been charging me for 3 occasions now and l didn’t know. I had the yearly one on offer. If l wasn’t paying some bill today and took time to look at my statement they would have gotten away with it. Emailing them and are giving stories. Inna lilah waina ilahi rajiun.
