Buyer Beware: They really don't care if you get the jeans...
AYR uses a delivery service called "Veho" for their deliveries. Veho has almost no customer service in he sense that if you need to leave delivery instructions, or if you need to reschedule your delivery, you are SOL. For a pair of $300 jeans, you should be able to have a little control over how they are delivered in the event you aren't waiting by the door when who know who (its gig work) drops the package on your stoop. I live in a downtown area, and when I saw I wouldn't be home for the delivery, contacted both AYR and Veho for help. What I got was, "hope you get your package!" and it was stolen, because the "driver" put it on my front porch in full view of anyone who walked by, despite there being platers and benches and all kinds of places within inches of where they dumped it that they could have hidden it. If you want to be a high end brand, you need to offer your customers a measure of security when communicating how to deliver your goods. I spent 2 days talking to folks trying to avoid this outcome, now I get to go back and forth where no one wants to pay for the mess up.
