Hi Nicholas, thank you for taking the time to raise this concern. I've checked your order and can see it was an International Shipment that was dispatched on time on the 22nd of August and arrived in Saudi Arabia on Friday 3rd September. You should hopefully receive your item in the next couple of days.
A 1 star review for a slow international delivery is disappointing as customs and different country rules are out of our control. As a small business every bit of feedback is really important to us but unfortunately we are not in control of international shipping times, so there really isn't much more we can do.
We appreciate you ordering with us and we hope you love your item. If you decide to revise your review once it has been delivered, we would be extremely thankful.
