I recently purchased a portable WiFi router device from m this company. Their ad on YouTube promised free lifetime international WiFi access.
I ordered the product, even leaving a small tip, which is optional. The item arrived earlier than expected. I opened it two days after receiving the order. I charged it for at least a day. There was no light or anything visible indicating that it was on.I proceeded to try to turn it on. It would not turn on and does not work, in any way. I tried over and over again, nothing worked.
The worst part? I’ve written several emails to their customer service address and have yet to receive a response. Not a single reply. No “We’re sorry. How can we make this right? No”we will send you a replacement if you ship it back at your expense.” Nothing. No effort to resolve this issue.
I’m out $76. I have a useless product. Then I thought…what if this is actually some sort of spy or surveillance device? What if it appears to not be working, while secretly causing damage of another kind?
I am not at all impressed. I only feel foolish for buying into this product. I urge you to do your research before just ordering for convenience. Be careful who you trust. If I could give a rating below one star here on Trustpilot, I would.
They don’t deserve to be able to do business in Canada, in my opinion, or anywhere else if they’re fraudulent. Which from my perspective right now, is what this company is, a FRAUD!!!

Scam straight from the slums of China, advertises a lot of fake items that simply do not exist on their youtube ads and promises incredibly low costs, stay far from them.

SCAM BEWARE... After opening unit and removing plastic strip from isolating battery terminals, unit eventually charged. However Ad claims access anywhere in World via satellite and no SIM required. Total BS: even video on Ad shows how to insert a SIM that of course IS required. As for 'free access' this is again BS - especially from 'Satellite': this isn't any kind of Starlink receiver..!! ● Don't waste your money: just another YouTube scam.

Do not buy anything from this company!!! They sold me a mobile wifi which didn't work and I have tried reaching out to them about it and it's been over a week now and no respond requesting a full refund. Then I went to their website and they no longer sell the product. It never came on. I have charged it over night still doesn't come on. It said there is a flim on the battery nothing at all.

I bought a LTE mini mobile WiFi router which is supposed to be sim free, but unit I received seems to require one.
Instruction booklet far too small to read and unless you're really technical, you have no chance.
Have made several attempts to contact them over the past 2 months but nothing!!
Avoid as they are a waste of space

I bought a mini mobile WiFi router from an ad run by this company on YouTube.
When it arrived, the instruction booklet is so tiny printed that a magnifying glass would not help to read the instructions.
I emailed the company many times, but was ignored.
I still can’t get it to work.
Don’t buy anything that’s advertised on YouTube, because they’re just a total scam.
Especially anything to do with, ayyecoeeye.
They take your money and then not interested anymore.
They’re still running this scam on YouTube, buyers please be careful

I ordered the car TV box first, when I received it. it never works.

Three weeks later I ordered pocket MI-FI Router. It came too. I tried too on it. But did not power on and also, I charged it for hours .it never power on. it's all scam. they should block them from scamming customers. when you write them to complain. they will not reply to you.

Can everyone please stop being so gullible especially with you tube adverts. If it sounds too good to be true then it probably ls. Nearly 2026 and I can’t believe that people still give their money over yet are quick enough to come on trust pilot to moan that it’s scam. Be more vigilant and DO NOT BUY anything without taking a minute to review.

Product ordered based on description on Facebook advert. Advert completely false. Contacted company for return and refund and was offered 10% refund and keep the product. I refused and they increased to 20%. I refused and told them I don’t want the product as it doesn’t do what the advert claimed so it is useless to me and they offered a refund of 30%. Once again I refused and this time they emailed me saying they will not give a refund but I can claim a free gift which I have also refused. I will now raise this with the Office of Fair Trading and Facebook. I suggest that nobody ever buys from this company or from Facebook adverts generally as they are clearly just a platform for scammers.

Zero to negative stars if I could give that rating but I can’t-add yet another to the list of this website is a total scam to be steered clear of! Bought the pocket wifi device which will not charge or turn on, no response from listed ‘customer service’ contact email. Putting a claim into paypal to get refunded.

Not good I am buy something

I PLACED MY ORDER ON 11/9/2025 AND JUST RECEIVED IT 2 DAYS AGO BEING 11/26/25 AFTER PAYING FOR EXPEDITED DELIVERY. I WILL LIST MY ISSUES WITH THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY BELOW:
1. THE PRICE DRAMATICALLY DEVIATED FROM WHAT I AUTHORIZED ON MY CREDIT CARD. THEY EVENTUALLY OFFERED ME A PARTIAL CREDIT BUT STILL CHARGED MORE THAN ORIGINALLY ADVERTISED AND AGREED WITH
2. I PAID TO EXPEDITE SHIPPING SINCE I AM GOING AWAY. THE DEVICE ARRIVED ALMOST 20DAYS AS OPPOSED TO 1 WEEK
3. DEVICE ARRIVED AND WONT TURN ON OR CHARGE. I HAD CONTACTED THEM VIA EMAIL SINCE THE LAST 48 HOURS BUT NOT A RESPONSE SO FAR. THEREFOR I BELIEVE THE COMPANY IS A SCAM AND THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. I WILL FILE A COMPLAINT AND REQUEST A REFUND.
4. MY ADVICE TO ANYONE CONTEMPLATING DEALING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY IS TO AVOID THEM AT ALL COST. IT IS A FULL SCAM.
5. I WISH I HAD READ THESE REVIEWS PRIOR TO PURCHASING. I AM SO ANGRY AND DISAPPOINTED.

I also received a defected Wi-Fi device that cannot charged or tuned on and I wish I had seen all the bad reviews of the customers before my purchase.
To the owner of this company: Remember that Ill-gotten gain brings no lasting happiness. “Biens mal acquis ne profite jamais”

URGENT to ALL persons who brought the WIFI router. The instructions say no need to remove any battery tab.. etc. After reading reviews and reporting the device does not charge or turn on I open the back (ok, so I figured I paid for it and getting no support.) I found a thin yellow tape film across the battery edge. What the heck, I removed and IT IS NOW CHARGING and the signal has 4 out of 5 bars. I will let it charge overnight and test it out. Fingers crossed in Michigan.

We received the item but it would not take a charge when we connected it to the electricity supply, also it appears that we cannot contact this company by email, but having read several reviews it appears that this is a scam company.
I wonder if the parents of these scammers are proud of their children scamming money from elderly pensioners and other unsuspecting buyers.

I bought 2wifi gadget and both of them are not working.I have been trying to return and no answer from them.Never buy anything from fb and youtube!!!

Unfortunately big companies have become the speaker for scammers. Anything advertised by YouTube, Facebook or Google, i don't buy. They don't care about people. They are not loyal to people. Their only loyalty is to money. They advertise Anything as long as advertisers give them good money. It's a shame.

The glasses don’t autofocus as claimed. I asked for a return and refund and got messages in Polish that said they don’t have a return and refund process. Luckily Klarna is refunding the payment I made. A scam!!
