This is my first purchase from AD, great web site, fast delivery, nice packaging (including tissue paper ! Nice touch ) Colours are great, the feel and fit is superb, I have worn the base layer but not ridden in the jodhs yet, I cant wait, they fit well and feel firm but not tight I absolutely love the colour ranges and I have blue and graphite but my friend has the full green she looks fab in it. Well done AD for designing wear for the yard / riding but also looks fashionable and smart ! than you !!"!

No volveré a comprar aquí nunca más. Mi experiencia ha sido pésima. Después de comprar 153€ en un pantalón y un suéter de niña me dicen en la oficina de correos que tengo que pagar 43,82€ más por la aduana ya que viene de Londres que no pertenece a la UE hasta España... Y si no no me dan el paquete. Me quejo a la tienda y me dice que es que aparece en sus términos y condiciones que por cierto nadie lee, por esto me siento estafada porque en ningún lado se me avisaba de que había que pagar este dinero de más y eso no está bien! En cuanto a la ropa regular de calidad. El leggin blanco de competición es tan fino que se transparenta la braga.... y el suéter no es como viene en la imagen de la tienda que tiene el cuello blanco y el resto azul no es así...me dice que el cuello blanco se trata de otra prenda que han puesto por debajo del suéter, en las fotos parece que es la misma prenda y no viene bien especificado...en fin, un desastre siento como que he tirado 200€ a la basura...

I have worn the leggings and bought more than six pairs over past few years. They are just so comfortable. Ordered the wrong size the other day so quickly sent an email. Fantastic service as always - they corrected my error and sent me the size I wanted.

We’ve always been so impressed by the products quality. We have jackets, mid layers and many breeches and they are all functional, comfortable and flattering!
The customer service is next level. They are quick to respond and are accommodating when something doesn’t work out. It’s expensive by the time you do the exchange into CAD, and pay duries, taxes and customs!!!
However, for those key pieces and during some great promos, it’s totally worth it!

Can’t fault their customer service. Received a gift at Christmas which had a fault but didn’t realise until recently and they dealt with it as soon as I contacted and just replaced the item. Lovely quality product

Aztec Diamond has far exceeded my expectations. Not only are their products very high quality, but their customer service is also outstanding.

I ordered the Kylo Helmet, which is both stylish and comfortable. However, it arrived with a few minor scratches. Not significant enough to warrant a return, although I did reached out to customer support with photos to inquire about possible compensation. They responded within 24 hours, apologized sincerely, and resolved the issue immediately.

I also recently got a pair of their Core Knee Patch Leggings, which have quickly become my new favorite riding pants. They’re true to size, incredibly well designed, and include many thoughtful details—like silicone in the phone pocket to prevent your phone from slipping out.

I’m beyond impressed and will absolutely be ordering more from Aztec Diamond in the future!
