I wish I could give zero stars. Received an email stating it would be delivered on Thursday last week. Then got another email on Saturday saying it was delivered. No package and nothing on my doorbell camera. I go to the email and hit the tracking and it's a blank page. I sent an email on Sunday and no response. SCAM ALERT!

I Never received my order they sent fake email links sent saying I received anit seen a package insite can't call no dang email that they answer disgusting because its already hard for black businesses i Wanta return of my Money ASAP

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE BATANA OIL FROM AZUREBOUTIQUE… it took about 3 weeks to come in but it really worked for me and I’ll shout it to the rooftops! I don’t know why people have it in for this company but I love this product and would use it over and over again… my results and rating from this product is A 10/10… I have pictures for proof… from 2024 - present my hair has grown at least 8-10 inches on 100% Batana Oil… period
And hair is as healthy!!!!!

Ordered on April 6th received email that product was being processed. Next email saying product being delivered. Never arrived. BEWARE!!!!!!

I ordered from them once and they automatically signed me up for a monthly subscription. Now why would I need a new bottle every month? I emailed them no reply. Then I called today on Sunday and someone answers. He cancelled the subscription. Never dealing with them again. Beware

I ordered April 6, Email was sent stating my package is in the way. Can't track it. No package. I sent order number, still no package. They steal yor money.

I ordered hair products several weeks ago. I was unable to track the package from the link they sent me. I received an error message which stated the website no longer existed. I received an email stating that the package was out for delivery but I never received it Reading the reviews I see that other people are experiencing the same problem. A SCAM, I have notified my bank and will be reporting this company.

I ordered product three weeks ago. I have not received the package yet. I received an email stating that my package was delivered, which was not true. They sent me tracking information which was unsuccessful. I was never able to retrieve. It took me straight to a website that stated the website no longer existed. Reading the reviews I see that other people are experiencing the same problem. I was literally should’ve followed my first mind because I wasn’t sure but I took a chance and submitted the money for the product. This definitely has got to be a scam. I am calling my bank to make sure they block any future payments and I did not subscribe and I will report it to BBB.

TOTAL SCAM!!!!! If I could give zero stars I would. I placed an order on April 3, 2026 received emails with tracking information; however, I could never access the tracking information. Received an email saying my order was delivered April 9, 2026...never received the oil and now I cannot access the website to see my order. The phone number does not work either. I am going to report them to the Better Business Bureau to see if they can stop the FAKE COMPANY from taking people's money.

Update…. I just received a refund and cancellation of the auto ship.

SCAMMM....I did not read reviews before purchasing.. DO NOT BUY. I have not received item. Also they auto signed me up for recurring shipments. NEVER AGAIN.

I got scammed by Azure as well. I had no idea I was being suckered into a subscription and was disappointed see shipping from China. I wonder if this is organized crime?

At Azure’s instructions, I returned a product unopened, and as of this writing have been waiting over 3 months for a refund that has never arrived. Azure was not reachable by phone, and customer service keeps no history of communications. Nonexistent customer service is a bad business model, and unwillingness to issue a refund of $39.99 is also a bad business model.

I bought a single purchase and they didn’t say anything about a subscription. They charged my card for the next month. I had to reply to the email to cancel because the customer service number went to voicemail. They don’t have good business practices. If I buy again from them I will use a gift card. Probably won’t buy anything from them again.

Y'all sold the fake banta oil this turned my hair Orange and I don't like that now I have to wash my hair and get the really banta oil that turns my hair brown not orange and my hand turned orange to

I had a really great experience with Azure Boutique. My order arrived on time, everything was packaged nicely, and the quality honestly exceeded my expectations. You can tell they really care about their products and customer experience. I also appreciated how smooth the ordering process was from start to finish. Definitely happy with my purchase and would order from them again.

I dont know about everyone else, but my product came in 2wks. I was sent a tracking number with a update on when it would be arriving, and 1 email when it was delivered. I've been using for about a month (with leave-in conditioner) and I've noticed growth and thickness. I love it, even though it did come from China. But honestly I've been shopping at beauty supply stores ran by Chinese people and using there products for most of my life. I see no problem as long as I get good results. Will buy again!

This company is deceitful as heck. They advertise as an US company . I reviewed the advertisements on Facebook and was misled to believe this was a black owned company. I received my shipping info and its coming from China. This is so fraudulent. I have experienced items from China and its not authentic. This is horrible. I will never order any items off Facebook again. Everytine the products are from China.

I ordered this product 6 days ago. I thought it was a black owned business and after checking the status of my order I found out its coming from overseas. Very disappointed and upset, haven't received any new information on my order.

I have been emailing them for weeks, they never replied back. On their website it said #1 batana oil in the USA but when i tracked my ordered it said it is coming from China. I want my money back, does anyone knows how to contact them?
