I’m writing this review to explain my experience with Millesime, as the way this issue has been handled has been very disappointing.
Order #1537151
I placed my order on 2 November and paid the amount shown in my account 727 €.
The next day, I was contacted and asked to pay an additional 151 € due to a system miscalculation (extra shipping and VAT).
At this stage, the communication was very good.
Francesca replied quickly, clearly explained the situation, issued the additional invoice, and helped me with payment questions (card payment, confirmation, timing). Everything related to payment and invoicing was handled smoothly and professionally.
My order included both kilo-sale items and handpicked premium items.
Kilo sale (blazers & scarves)
I was very happy with the kilo items.
For the price, the quality was exactly what I expected:
• many usable blazers,
• some pieces discarded, which is normal,
• scarves mostly unbranded, but fair for the cost. I have no complaints about these items.
Handpicked, Vintage Plus items
I also ordered handpicked items listed as Vintage Plus, Grade A+, Perfect condition:
• 5 woman designer blazers
• 5 woman designer jackets
• 5 woman Levi’s 501 jeans (listed as vintage)
These items are much more expensive, so expectations are higher.
Designer blazers
Overall fine.
One item was a junior-size jacket, which is not ideal, but still usable.
After VAT and shipping, each blazer cost me about 35 €, which felt acceptable.
Designer jackets main problem
Each jacket cost me about 50 € after VAT and shipping.
One Calvin Klein quilted jacket arrived completely damaged:
• cracked material,
• peeling surface,
• not repairable and impossible to sell.
For a handpicked premium item, this is not acceptable.
Levi’s 501 jeans
All 5 pairs were modern, China-made Levi’s not vintage as described.
They were in good condition, so I could probably sell them just to get my money back, but the description on the website is misleading. I only asked Millesime to correct the product description to avoid misleading future buyers.
Communication timeline (this is the core problem)
• 20 November — After receiving the order, I contacted Millesime privately by email, explaining the issue with the damaged Calvin Klein jacket and giving overall honest feedback.
• On the same day, Lole from customer support replied and asked me to send photos of the jacket.
• 25 November I sent: detailed photos clearly showing the jacket is beyond repair, photos of all 5 Levi’s jeans to show they are not vintage.
• No response.
• 3 December — I followed up asking if the photos were received.
• 4 December — I was told the photos were received and that the case needed to be discussed with a manager, who was “not in the office”, and that I would be contacted “tomorrow or on Monday”.
• No response at all.
• 5 January!!! — After the holidays, I asked again for an update.
• 7 January — I was told there had been a “misunderstanding” and that a colleague had already processed a full refund, and I was asked whether I had received it.
• I replied immediately that no refund had been received, and asked for timing/details.
• 8 January — I was told they would check with accounting and come back the same day.
• No response.
• 9 January — I followed up again.
• 12 January — I was told:
“My accounting colleague returned to the office today. I will give you feedback soon.”
• 13 January — I followed up again, clearly stating that I had been waiting since 20 November.
• No response.
• 16 January — Another follow-up asking for a clear refund status.
• Since then — complete silence.
I hope this review finally leads to a proper solution.

Colis correct dans l’ensemble (+700€)
Un peu déçu pour certaine pièces notamment toutes celles de marques, elles étaient classiques et non vintage. Pour 16€ la pièce hors taxe ça ne vaut clairement pas le coup
Si je devais passer une nouvelle commande ça sera du handpick
Avec le revente de tous les articles j’arrive à 825€ donc pas très rentable

Fine selected College Style Jackets were definetly the highlight of my order. Would order them again ;-)

Bought wedding dresses and some 70s clothing and a couple of swimwear. Wedding dresses was great, I will recommend that so was the swimwear. However the 70s clothing which was listed to be a mixture of pieces wasn't as expected. The sack was filled 3/4 of sweaters(acrylic when winter is over and we are moving to warmer season ) and 5 pieces were trench coats. I wasnt happy with that. Emailed them emailed yet to receive a response.I will try another category from them and see then I will know if they will be my go to supplier or not. Customer service was good.
Update: Customer service replied and everything went well. I recommend based on the service provided.
