Great experience with Baal Bomber! The customer service was excellent, specially Sofia — very responsive and helpful. My order was processed quickly and shipped fast from Spain, which made delivery smooth and reliable. Highly recommended!

Baal Bomber presents itself as a premium Spanish designer brand, highlighting craftsmanship and exclusivity. However, the reality does not match these claims.

The products are low quality and can be likened to Temu. Materials feel cheap, items arrive poorly finished, and sizing is inconsistent and not true to standard fits. I soon learned that the items derive from China

Customer service is unsympathetic and will attempt a variety of tactics to deter you from your rights as a consumer. When they eventually acknowledge their obligation to cooperate, inadequate information is provided as to how to return the items. I returned the items which ended up lost in transit.

I have wasted over £500 with this shoddy company and have nothing to show for it (although I prefer this as I wouldn’t want their rags cluttering my wardrobe).

I’d strongly recommend saving your time and money and avoiding this company.

SCAM COMPANY! I ordered a jacket for my partner for Christmas and paid around £200 (the same jacket was later for sale on their website for over £400!)
The jacket arrived and the material used was so cheap, poorly made and smelling like fish! The jacket looked nothing like the image on their website! I wouldn’t even disrespect Shein by comparison.
I emailed the company and they provided me with the details to return. The jacket was then stuck in customs for a very long time. I emailed and chased the company for weeks without any progress.
I then contacted customs myself and they said they were waiting on Baal Bomber to complete a form for release of the item. BB said they’d never heard of such thing and would continue to wait for the item to arrive. I continued to chase them without getting any further and very little cooperation.
I said to them if they didn’t support with the jacket reaching them, then I would charge back with my bank.
Still nothing, so I raised a chargeback with my bank.
A couple of days later after this, the jacket turns up again in the UK! By this point I’d been issued a temporary refund from the bank. BB were saying I couldn’t keep the jacket and the money. I kept saying to them I don’t want the jacket and never have, I just wanted my money back which I now have. I said to them they’ve instructed for the jacket to be returned to me without prior agreement or authorisation. They kept trying to push on me that I was now doig something fraudulent. So I said to them they need to arrange collection or send me a prepaid label. They kept saying I had to pay for the return again which I wasnt prepared to do as I’d already paid £20 the first time round.
They then started sending me emails using threatening language deadlining me to send them a tracking code within 24 hours. These emails also stated “laws” I’d broken which didn’t make any sense whatsoever.
They dragged their feet with the chargeback claim and eventually accepted it. This started with them on 24/12/2025 and only yesterday, 08/04/3026 was this resolved.
Don’t give this company a penny of your money!! Absolute scam artist!

Scam.. cheap item from China and not the same as their advertised photos.. nice website but not professional at all. Tried to email and whatsapp and still no respond. I’ll have to open a dispute with my bank thanks to them. Hope no one else experience this.

Scam!! Do not order from here. Unfortunately, trustpilot does not allow pictures to be uploaded to show proof! Ordered a jacket in December which arrived 3-4 weeks in which they had sneakily changed their policy when I had complained. They also only respond to emails when they can be bothered. Once my order arrived it was like a shein version of what was advertised with the cheapest material that they could find to make it. I had to open a dispute with my bank in which I clearly had won. I also was not charged customs, considering the item was £257 in "sale" and 99percent of the time you would HAVE to pay custom fees to the UK.. says it all! STAY AWAY!
