I’ve now purchased two wool duvets from Baavet, and I’m delighted with both. Tom was incredibly helpful when I called with a query, providing excellent customer service.

The duvets themselves are fantastic — so warm and cosy! We’ve had one since April and loved it so much that we bought a second in December. I tend to feel the cold, while my husband runs warm, so we went with the medium weight. It’s been perfect for both of us — I’m warm and comfortable, and he’s at a cosy, consistent temperature.

We even kept the duvet on our bed through the summer, which shows how well it regulates temperature. One of our bedrooms has velux windows and tends to get quite cold, but since we got the duvet, my son hasn’t felt cold at all.

Overall, we’re really impressed with the quality and comfort of these duvets. Highly recommend!

Put my order in 3pm ish and it arrived the next day! The products were well packaged, they came in their own beautiful storage bags, with a sample of how the duvets were made. There was also a small lavendar bag included. There was very clear information about the care of the products. I did contact them as there is a smell associated with it being a wool product which i was concerned about. The reply was instant, with helpful advice and a reassurance that they did provide a 30 money back guarantee. I have to say that I was espically pleased with the pen that they included.

I opted for wool because I wanted washable mite-resistant materials without having to resort to plastic synthetic materials.

Tom and Breda are friendly and answered my pre-sale questions competently. Small touches go a long way such as the filling samples, bags of lavender, and personalised hand-written thank-you note that came with my order. The branded badges/tags stitched to products adds to the sense of quality.
