Got scammed , don’t trust and order from them . Didn’t get my order even after 2 months , also not receiving any reply from their side. No customer service and no support. I paid in advance in advance still I didn’t get my order. Please do not order from this website.

THey are thieves. I have ordered and prepaid on 23 Feb and no dress and no refund. They are total THIEVES. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM

Pathetic service. I ordered a dress for my daughters first birthday, its been a month, havent received it yet even though they committed to deliver it on time. Have stopped responding to my messages and no update on dispatching my order either. Its a waste of money.

Extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with BabiesFrock.
I had ordered two dresses for my daughter’s first birthday, and they committed delivery between 2–4 March. The dresses were never delivered. Initially, they falsely claimed the order had been dispatched but conveniently failed to provide any tracking details despite multiple follow-ups.
After a week of chasing them, their story changed—they said a refund would be issued. It has now been over a month, and there is still no refund. Repeated emails, WhatsApp messages, and calls have been ignored or met with vague responses.
This kind of unprofessional behavior, false commitments, and lack of accountability is unacceptable—especially when customers are relying on timely delivery for important occasions.
Pathetic service. Highly unreliable. Strongly advise others to avoid this website—it appears to be nothing short of a scam.

Total SPAM. They never pick call and assure you that they will deliver soon via WhatsApp text but you never get the dress . I made a mistake of ordering here without checking these reviews . The site and insta page looks so real that anyone can be fooled. They kept on telling it’s ready to be shipped but when I asked more questions it’s always some more work left and then they stopped replying altogether. Also they never pick the call, so I don’t think there is any one who stitches and sells the dress . The good reviews are here also fake because I do not see any pics of dress posted by users anywhere . One advice please track the payments from your bank and try to get your money back . I had spend 2days with endless chat to try express shipping but they ate all my time and I had to do last min purchases . I had the worst experience and I hope no one gets fooled again like this . And their phone number doesn’t connect at all

Very disappointed with this company. I placed an order for a baby dress month ago and it still hasn’t been delivered. I’ve sent multiple follow-up emails asking for an update, but either received no response.

This has been a very frustrating experience.

It was terrible. She is a fraud. She didn't deliver my dress and despite several time calls/whatspp she kept on telling me it has been dispatched but it didn't. In the end she told me she will refund my money just a day before. I was so so harrased by her. Now she has not transferred my money back.

Pathetic service. The customer care is unresponsive to the emails. The delivery is highly delayed. There is no intimation of when the order will be delivered. There is no cancellation option once ordered.

Amazing experience! They delivered my order on urgent basis. The dress turned out just the way I imagined!

Fraudster company. They steal your money and lie about shipment.

The dress looked amazing and grand. The delivery was getting delayed so i asked them to prioritise express shipping and it reached me timely then.

Ordered a dress for my daughter’s first birthday with high hopes as the reviews were great. When the dress arrived, it didn’t live up to the expectations. The colour was way off as shown on their website, different material had different color tone, nothing matched. It lacked finishing and not at all impressive. When I wrote to customer care that I want to return the dress they didn’t respond. While before delivery of the dress, they were communicating. I even asked if this can be replaced if not returned but again, no reply. This is highly unprofessional, there should at least be a reply that it cannot be returned or replaced.

I bought this red and white dress for my baby girl, and it turned out to be even more beautiful than I expected! The quality is amazing—the fabric is soft, comfortable, and perfect for her delicate skin. The stitching and finishing are excellent, and the colors look so vibrant and pretty.

My little one looked adorable in it, and it fit her perfectly. Truly worth every rupee! Highly recommend this website to any parent looking for something cute, comfortable, and great in quality. 💕👶✨

I booked a frock for my daughter’s first birthday. They have made masterpiece. She looked like a fairy with all the flowers butterflies and winged added to the frock. Great work guys…keep up the good work 😊

I ordered a frock for my daughter from here. Stitching was undoubtedly done extremely well and fabric was premium. The frock also had a cotton lining inside which made it extra comfy for my baby otherwise you gotta to put extra tshirt inside for such frocks. Please go for it.

Ordered a beautiful butterfly wings frock on their site for my 1 year old niece. The cute little frock got delivered just in time for her birthday. The fabric and quality is amazing - soft and just as required for baby’s skin. Craftsmanship is excellent. Frock that arrived is same as the one that’s displayed on their site.. Babiesfrock team coordinated, helped and ensured to get the order delivered in time without hassle.
