Used item but refunded without issue
Bought an axkid support leg extender. It came very well used and worn, which shouldn’t be the case for a car seat safety item.
I was told that Axkid must take parts from faulty seats and that’s why it was in such a condition. Axkid confirmed this isn’t the case.
I received a refund and destroyed the item as per instructions from babyaccessories.

Houdini safety strap works a treat.
Toddler escapes straps on baby seat and buggy; I bought a strap on Amazon and the toddler had it opened 15 minutes into the journey. I was recommended the Houdini strap; it looked pretty similar so was a bit unsure, but I bought it. It worked perfectly; thank you for selling an item that will keep my toddler safe. Would highly recommend.
