We have loved the program. It is full of helpful information and lots of support. With all of the prep work it was a smooth transition for my LO to go to bed on his own. He’s 7 months old and we we’re getting pretty desperate. I’m so thankful I found Jilly and her team. The program has worked great for us and the support has been so helpful.

We signed up to the service to help us get our 8mo baby to sleep in his crib and stop nursing him to sleep so that he could sleep longer at night. Overall positive experience. Jilly and her staff are very knowledgeable and accessible. However this is not a silver bullet. We have some great wins (he sleeps in his bed now and only nurses twice at night) but also very difficult moments (with baby crying for 30+min non stop several days in a row and broken sleep for 3 weeks now) with PUPD. All babies are different, but basically it got worse before it got better and it is taking longer than we expected. Our son now wakes up 4 times, including 2 feeds and we hope to drop to just 2 feeds in the next 2 weeks. So, we re likely to pay for more support.

We finished the night sleep training and currently working on naps. The information is clearly divided into lessons so you can start the steps right away but you are not overwhelmed. Videos are clear. We liked the added PDFs and (especcially) the information about personalities! Tips for different personalities were one of the most precious things in the program since our baby is a bit sensitive.
Also, it is nice that there are 4 methods you can pick from and the suggestions on how to pick it.
For Jilly and her team, I suggest adding a bit more details about sleep cycles and/or more links to scientific articles about sleep training. I already read about it beforehand in a few books but I think it would be more reassurng for other parents.
For parents, if you choose to join the program, be confident that it will work and know that after a few hard days, your baby's and your hard work will help your whole family.

I had my doubts when I purchased this, as I had already purchased 2 other programs that just didn't work! I made a promise to myself that I would commit to whatever the program said to do, I was pretty desperate after being woken hourly every night! I was firstly so impressed with the layout of this program, unlike any other it breaks down each component into straightforward and achievable goals so you don't just feel thrown into sleep training! Instead I felt like I could do this, it was working and I was finally getting somewhere seeing small improvements after following the first few lessons. I was also impressed with how there were sleep training options and how they help you choose the right methods based on your child's personality! By night 5 of consistent PNR, our girl was finally sleeping through the night! The team was also so supportive during her 8 month regression. I found they respond timely and actually ask questions to understand the whole picture of her routine so they could provide the best and most appropriate advice! Absolutely love this program would recommend to any struggling and sleep deprived mum!

Our 9 month old baby had a sleep regression. She had been sleep trained before and we didn’t want to go through heartbreaking crying again. We tried Jilly’s 21 day gentle sleep program and while it has been slow going with some bumps in the road, our daughter’s sleep issues have improved and our nights are becoming peaceful again. As with any sleep training, there is some crying involved so we definitely appreciate the ongoing support this program offers and the minimum tears approach.

Jilly and the team is very helpful and attentive. I started the program from waking up every hour and night rocking, feeding my LO to wake up twice a night for just one ffed and my LO can fall asleep independently without any help!

I learned about Jilly's program by coming across her Q&A videos on YouTube when our little one just turned 5 months and already then found her explanations of baby sleep really clear and helpful. Having a very sceptical husband, didn't get to join the program until our girl was 8 months old and so happy I did.
You might say a lot of the information about sleep training and baby sleep can be found online, yet when as me you have tons of questions and there are so many different versions of answers and you're trying and trying yet nothing is working well, what Jilly's program is really great for is it gives you a consistent and simple plan how to help your baby to sleep better.
I am yet to start the lesson 7, yet so far the team has been super helpful answering all of the many questions, and already by lesson 5 I could see improvements in our little ones sleep such as having nights where she wouldn't anymore wake up after 45min from being put down and even had a few nights she slept until midnight straight.
Having the opportunity to talk to Jilly during the Zoom calls, and also getting the chance to hear all the other moms and their questions also makes you feel you're not in it alone. Really cannot recommend the personal support enough! Thank you team so far for all your support!

Could you find the information in this course elsewhere for free? Probably. But do you have the energy to read up on 4 different sleep training methods, and then break it down into a step-by-step program to get your baby sleeping through the night in a few weeks or less? I didn't think so. Just sign up, your sleep is worth it. The zoom calls were also great for help and support.

My 11 month old went from waking up 4 times at night and needing to be fed back to sleep, to sleeping 11-12 uninterrupted hours. Heaven.

The program is fantastic! We have had a ton of success and we're not yet through the whole program! I'm excited to use the resources to help our little one sleep through the night. We recommend it to all our new-parent friends!

This program is life changing!!

Our little 12 month old got into habits of waking up 4 times a night, and wouldn’t sleep on his own. I was so afraid to try sleep training because, like all mums, hearing our baby cry hysterically isn’t what we wanted.
This program helped our family so much. It’s simple and after we completed it, he slept from 7pm - 5am with no check-ins needed.
I still have so many questions, but, the support team is so incredible that I know our family will be fully taken care of. Once we get our sleep more consistently I’m doing the Nap training program.
Jilly and the team are so warm, loving, kind, understanding and so relatable.
Jillys extensive knowledge and experience has truly put my mind and heart at peace when it comes to helping our baby, future babies and our entire family get the rest we all deserve and need.

Thanks to Jilly and support team. For sleep training babies do cry, fuss (at least my baby did cry a lot) and it's so hard to still continue the process. I have had some more challenges but with team's assurance that what we are doing is correct makes so much difference.

The team is knowledgeable and quick to respond. There's still lot to improve, but we have seen so much improvements already.

When my little one was 2 years old I started contacting the BSMS support team, whether it was questions about sleep regression, teething, travel, illness, the team was always at my side and always answered my questions quickly, simply and in detail.
Jilly's videos are very helpful, no matter what it is, you can always find tips from Jilly and her team.
I have already recommended the BSMS site to my closest ones and they were just as enthusiastic!

I have gone thorough 21 days program (night sleep), and it has helped us a ton. Classes are easy to follow, and the support option is so amazing. Ladies that help with questions are very knowledgeable, and are very quick to respond to any inquire. I highly recommend this course!

First time mommy beyond grateful for these programs. I started with 21 days to peace and quiet and it went so well I did nap training as well. LO went from napping 26 min to now napping over an hour and the best part is he puts himself to sleep every time. I whole heartedly recommend the sleep made simple programs with the support. Thanks to the team we were able to work on some minor adjustments to get LO sleeping better and giving mommy the rest she needed :) It was money well spent.

We are SO thankful that we chose Jilly's program! We had tried cry it out methods but it was not a good fit for our baby, so we were thrilled to learn that there are sleep training alternatives. With this program on night 3 of sleep training our baby slept through the night! Baby sleep made simple has made such a difference in only a few weeks. My 5 month old is almost sleeping through the night just waking for 1 feed in the early hours. This is a huge improvement (despite teething) no more sleeping in the same room and no more co-sleeping or long sessions of non-settling. He now self-settles! The program is simple and the support is really useful when you need reassuring or have questions about your situation. I'm really grateful for the extra hours in my day. Next things to fix are his naps :)

As a new mom, my friends told me about the importance of having a sleep schedule. My daughter grew out of the newborn stage pretty early and became over stimulated and overtired and was “fighting” sleep. I was super stressed and exhausted. I found this program when she was 4 months old and used the free resources to make some adjustments to our nightly routine. I couldn’t wait until my daughter turned 5 months old to dive into the rest of the program. She’s pretty stubborn and I expected her to cry a lot. To our surprise the first night she only cried 30 minutes then slept 7.5 hours before waking for a feed! We are on night 12 of lesson 7 and she only let out two whines and was asleep in 8 minutes. We weaned her to one night feed too! The program is very easy to follow! I love that it takes consideration for your child’s temperament and offers realistic expectations. The support is amazing and having access to other parents and their situation is comforting. Makes me feel like I’m not alone. 100% satisfied customer. I’m also impressed by this business model. Excellent marketing and extremely well organized. You get exactly what is advertised. You just have to be committed to modify your lifestyle for the benefit of your kid’s sleep. It’s totally worth it. No more crying and fussing to fall asleep. No more stressed out mom worrying how long it will take to get baby to sleep.

I found out about this program scrolling through a Pinterest-blog (yes, guilty) but so happy I did!
My 11-month-old would still wake up 2-4 times a night to feed, and wake up before 6 am. Plus, I rocked him to sleep which I did not mind but sometimes that would take over 45 minutes!
Sleep deprivation was getting harder and harder to handle. My mood would change drastically, and I felt I was not giving my 110% towards my baby.
The program offers several methods to sleep train your LO based on where he/she is at. For us, it was the chair method and it worked on the first night! Yep, he slept the ENTIRE night.
Still working on the early waking with the support team, which are amazing. They respond same day and always give their best insight.
Definitely will be recommending this program to family and friends.

We used BSMS for our 14 month old and the process and results have been great. It took just a couple weeks to go from 2-4+ wakings per night (recent record was 10!) to ZERO. I now spend about 30 min helping baby wind down with an enjoyable routine, then I leave the room he falls asleep peacefully. I get downtime, and because he reliably sleeps 12 hours I also know when to wake up to be ready just before he gets up.

While all this might have been possible with other resources, BSMS helped with easy lessons and guides that I referenced often. The support team was responsive and they consulted each other when needed. Our baby's responses to the process weren't textbook, but they helped us work through it. And, frankly, paying someone to help made me buckle down and follow through! Our whole family is enjoying the results.
