J’ai commander mon article le 06 mars je viens tout juste d’être livrer le 02 avril une honte , j’ai eu beau envoyer des tas de mails et demander à plusieurs reprises le remboursement au vue du délai aucune réponse ni aucun rappel de la société . A fuir . En plus ça arrive sous vide je ne sais pas comment je vais faire reprendre la forme originel du couchage anti reflux pour mon bébé

Grosse arnaque. Pas de chaussures reçues et pas de réponse au mails pour savoir où en est la commande.
On a tout simplement perdu de l'argent.

Chaussons ne tiennent pas aux pieds, le mail de demande de remboursement m'est revenu non delivre, a fuir.

J'ai commandé sur le site début décembre et je n'ai reçu la commande que le 02 janvier 2026. La commande a pris 1 mois pour arriver au lieu de 48h à 72h comme mentionné sur le site. Ensuite, il était question d'acheter une paire et d'avoir un paire offerte mais je n'ai reçu qu'une paire. Bref, ne perdez pas votre temps à commander sur ce site.

Extremely slow, poor customer service and incorrect refund
I ordered a cot from Babysnooze on 3rd July, which was delivered the next day. Unfortunately, 4 items arrived damaged. I contacted Babysnooze on 8th July and, after providing all requested pictures and part numbers promptly, the process quickly became frustrating.
Communication was slow and required multiple chases (8th, 10th, 18th, 23rd, 24th July). On 25th July, I was told the customer service representative Sami, had been on annual leave and my emails had been “stuck in the outbox.” I was offered a 20% refund for the damaged items, which I accepted the same day.
I then had to chase again on 1st August, and finally received a refund on 4th August — but it was for £44.99 instead of the correct £53.99 (20% of £269.95). Babysnooze admitted they calculated this incorrectly by taking the refund from the VAT-exclusive price rather than the gross amount. Despite me pointing this out on 5th August and requesting escalation to a manager on 7th August, I have received no reply as of 13th August.
Over a month after first reporting the damage, I still haven’t received the correct refund, and the lack of timely communication has been incredibly disappointing. I would not recommend Babysnooze based on this experience.

Received damaged cot, customer service is poor and took longer to solve then usual but got there in the end. Collection of damaged order and full refund within a week, happy with outcome

Really impressed with these guys. I placed a pre order, within a couple of days I had an email advising this would unfortunately not arrive before Christmas and if that was okay.
It was a Christmas present so I needed to cancel, I was offered alternatives which was a nice touch and swiftly refunded as we were set on our original order.
Will definitely order again from you when the need arises.

The cot was lost in transit with your delivery company you used so was not my fault. You also told me you wasnt returning the cot to me because it was broken just wanted to keep my money and the cot also. Terrible company and i know other people who have had issues with this site so i will tell them to also leave there reviews of there problems so more people can see when thinking about ordering. I was told if i returned cot they would send me the white cot i wanted so i wouldnt of damaged the cot as there was no issue i thought the company was going to do as they said.

The cotbed was so easy to assemble as the instructions were great and easy to follow. My baby already loves his new Cot. Couldnt recommend Baby Snooze enough.
