Money paid no sign of Order no reply from phone calls or E mails is it a con? If I don't get my order I will report this company.

I ordered a baby bracelet and have emailed multiple times and not had a reply. The original email stated i would receive my order between 7-10 days and it had been well over 10 days . No number to contact just an email address which you get no response from.

Order bedding for my baby girl four months ago. I was waiting more than a month and she said that she had health issues and I accepted it. After weeks I was asking where is my order she said royal mail lost it. I was asking for refund and she said she will pay when she get her wages in two weeks. It is week after her wages and she didn't respond to my messages.
Absolutely disappointed with the service.

We saw the choice of products in the website which was easy to navigate.
We made our choices and are very happy with the products we have received.
