Done deal with them. I had a vey bad experience with them. They changed there mind after they did the design and charged me. I lost the deadline because of them.

I found this company's webpage via Google for their offering of dye-sub stretch fabric. It's listed at $1.58/sq. ft + free shipping, but on chatting with the company online, it was revealed to me that this price is only if you purchase 200 sq. ft of material, AND you can't purchase less than 10 sq. ft per order! I asked for them to provide a clear tiered breakdown of pricing for this product as I want to know the discount in price per sq. ft as I purchase more. In the chat, "Ross Henry" said they would email me the requested info (and never did, despite multiple requests for it). After I finished chatting online, I received msgs from the company in Whatsapp and via personal text msg- I did not consent to receiving msgs from them in this way, and I think this is a clear violation of Canadian privacy laws. I asked about obtaining a sample to see the quality of their printed fabric and they said it would be a $30 shipping fee, as it's shipped from Las Vegas. Since this company lists their address in Scarborough, Ontario and I have an uncle in that city, I proposed that my uncle could pick up a sample of the printed fabric from their location instead. They NEVER got back to me, and my uncle ended up driving to their address anyway, only to find that Backdropsource Canada doesn't exist - instead there was a tiny mom and pop offset printing shop in a little hole in the wall. Unsure what Backdropsource is about, but I'd stay far away! Any company which doesn't gladly send you free samples (or let you print a small sample yourself), and has such sketchy customer service is not a company you should be trusting your printing with. Be cautious. After reading the stories of folks on trustpilot who did order products, had them arrive with printing mistakes, and not get a response from the company to rectify the mistake makes me so glad I didn't order anything.

The package ended up having duties applicable on it. I didn't realized I was dealing with an off shore supplier. When the request came through text message to pay the duties, I thought it was a scam. This should have been communicated better through email.
