Fantastic customer service! Bought a board game last week and Timothy was very responsive. He also provided some more information about the game to ensure quality experience.

Packaging was also neat. Small cardboards were added to each corner of the box to protect it from getting smashed during transport. Well done!

Fast dispatch and sending, product arrived in perfect condition. Only fault would be somewhat overpackaged - does a card game that comes in it's own box really need two layers of bubble wrap and then another carboard lining and then another two layers of bubblewrap and then the outer package, the product did arrive in mint condition but the amount of packing felt like overkill and the same thing could have been achieved with less waste which was somewhat offputting as an environemtally concious shopper.
