Love shopping here!! You can really buy some unique pieces that I haven’t seen duplicated anywhere else. Bought a few pieces now, both previous buys; products exactly as they should be, delivered on time - no issues. Third purchase an issue with delivery, contacted customer services - Julian was amazing. Issue resolved very promptly, professionalism throughout. Got my eye on my next purchase already!!

I purchased the gold paint pot sculpture but had a deformity at the base of the sculpture after I received it. The issue was resolved quickly after I have emailed them, responded promptly and got the replacement the following day. Customer service second to none, excellent service. Pot sculpture absolutely gorgeous, lovely design. Thinking of my next order😊. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic company who really value their customers. I’ve purchased a couple of signs and they’re just amazing to look at, really make a room! An item was missing and it was sorted quicker than I could have imagined, even though I should have checked much sooner, they were so accommodating. The product looks great and appeared as advertised.

My sister bought me the rope light hand horns, let's forget about the super high shipping costs and the fact that she had to pay also an additional custom cost (thank you brexit!).
The hand arrived ruined and with some scratches on it, it was a present so I only opened it on Christmas and so it was too late to ask for a refund (since it was bought during black friday - it's my sister's fault yes she should have complained before).
Also, the hand doesn't come with anything to hang it on, such as screws or I don't know what, and I think that for almost 100 euros those should be included.
It's a pity, they're designs are incredible but my experience wasn't.

As a small business I assume that not everything can go as imagined BUT they did take care of my situation like professionals.
Thank you once again to the team and Gigi itself for everything they did for me! Not anybody can handle complaints like you did and spend time to solve any customers problems :)

I've previously bought the gold melting pot and recently the (ex display) melting lollipop. Both absolutely fabulous items, great quality and strikingly quirky without looking ridiculous. Had no need to contact customer services as everything was exactly as it should have been.

Delivery was on time and perfect. Customer service in responding to my complaint was very professional and helpful...Thank you guys I will be ordering again :)...Maybe not the white bag since the silver chain feels a little too cheap :(but its aesthetically beautiful. Will order the lovely tulips again those light up so amazing beautifully!👏
