Bought our second cleaner (first broke and we couldnt find the warranmty), this one broke after two months. Have now filled in a warranty claim 3 times and sent 6 emails - no response. Very poor

Very Impressed
I’ve had an excellent experience regarding after sales service of a BAGOTTE BG600 which was out of warranty. Not only did they respond immediately, they solved the issue that I had. Added to this, it is a truly excellent product - reliable and quiet - which is simple to use and competitively priced on Amazon. Very impressed and have recommended to family and friends.
Terrible customer service
Ordered a vacuum and water tank in the Black Friday sale... vacuum came quickly and all is fine with that. The water tank still hasn’t shown up (after being informed there would be a delay as now out of stock) after several emails they just don’t respond. Terrible customer service. Have requested a refund through PayPal - hopefully that will be easier!!

Robot vacuums look good but are poor quality and will break down.
Bagotte don't supply spare parts and they suggest you to buy a new one.
This is very unenvironmentally friendly.
Eufy have repair centers, iRobot have spare parts on ebay etc.
They are advertising free robot cleaner but only if you buy another different model…
They are advertising free robot cleaner as free but then tell you that you have to buy another model in order to get the free model. I am still waiting for instructions for the BG900 that I have asked for many times. Now they are asking if I would like another free model but obviously you have to buy something else expensive. My granddaughter bought one for halve the price and just as good.
Ripped me off
Bought a vacuum cleaner from them less than 2 years ago. Tried to buy replacement brushes and filters. The ones I got didn’t fit. Contacted them directly, they didn’t properly acknowledge that they’ve stopped manufacturing the ones that fit my unit and tried to fob me off with buying a new one with an additional unit that I could *for them* by calling it ‘free’.

Really love my juicer it’s small and fits perfectly in my kitchen. I use it every day and it keeps giving me yummy juices 🥤 definitely a 👍 thumbs up from me!

I have had a Bagotte robot vacuum cleaner for a few months now and I have been very impressed with the performance of this excellent machine.
Recently, I decided to stock up with some spare consumables (brushes and filters), rather than wait until they were needed. On finding that they were out of stock on Amazon, I contacted the company direct. Bagotte responded within 24 hours, to advise me that a shipment was on the way to the UK and that they would be back in stock shortly. Better still, perhaps because of the kind words I had for their product, they even arranged to send me a spare accessories kit. Fantastic customer service.

I was perfectly happy with my robot and devastated when i accidentally broke it.
After writing an email, a very friendly service staff member contacted me and offered to send the spare part for free. 2 days later it was in the mail!
Not only the product is very good but also and especially customer services.

Still no response. I expect that they were waiting until I passed the end of my one year guarantee!
