Thank you for the kind words. It means a lot.
They helped us receive the permit within the time period we paid for which was great. Got it in 1 day! Great service, reliable and blessed to have services such as these when you need a permit quick. They were great at responding too. Price was a little too high though of our liking but it helped us in the end.

Kymani and the crew rock it.
I remember the old days (not so long ago actually), when getting a permit could take weeks.
So grateful for the new format and staff that makes this totally pain free.

Thank you, sir!
From the beginning to bringing our fur babies to Nassau, your service made it happen. Our family thanks you very much. Customer service and follow through was outstanding. The ease and speed of completing the requirements is much appreciated. We could not have made this move happen without your service.

I had to bring my dog with me to a trip to The Bahamas and BIA was able to get me my permit almost immediately. The service was impeccable, and I had no qualms with how the process went about. They were so nice. Id highly recommend them to anyone in need of a good permit service.

Thank you — we’re glad we could help get your dog’s permit quickly. We appreciate the recommendation!
I was very happy to visit the Bahamas with my service dog two years in a a row (2024 & 2025). I did however find it very expensive to purchase the permit and to pay for a veterinary visit 48 hours prior to our visit. I feel that as we were coming from Canada and the USA (both low rabies areas). I find that it is overkill and may determine if I visit again this year. Proof of a regular yearly vet visit along with up to date vaccines should be sufficient in my opinion.

Thank you for your feedback — we understand and sincerely hope you and Sniper still enjoyed the trip despite the extra costs.
Very easy to get necessary permit to take my Service Dog on our cruise to the Bahamas... however, it is extremely expensive!
