If there was an option for no stars I would give it that. Ordered on November 30, still nothing. They have my 62.00 though. Man it is hard to stand in forgiveness for people who steal from others.

If I could provide negative stars i would. Do not order from this company as they appear to be completely fraudulent. I ordered over 130 dollars of baking tools from them just before Christmas to give as gifts for my sister's Birthday. They never arrived and in fact when I placed the order I never got a tracking number. There's no 800 number to call and emails go unanswered. They have the further audacity of sending automated texts with discount promotions. Of course there's no one to answer those either if one tries to reply.

This business is a total farce. I ordered from them 3 weeks before Christmas and the it still hasn't arrived. I should have know not to order- there is no estimate of shipping time when you are checking out. Shipping is only called "standard" with no indication of how they will ship, and there is no company address. Then when I attempted to contact them, there was nothing but an email address, no phone number, no chat option. They never replied to my email. I went to track the package and the tracking number is a fake number that does not fit any couriers tracking number. I would avoid at all costs.

This company’s “About Us” section tells the story of a struggling, but resourceful, mother and daughter team. The real owner of this site is a poorly rated (check TrustPilot) Chinese company, Epacificmall; this is what shows up on a buyer’s credit card transaction record. The site’s “Contact Us” option prompts an automated email response that directs one back to the website - there’s no way to engage with a human.
My product did arrive, a month later, from China. (If it hadn’t there would have been few recourse options.) But the company’s whole online presentation is a sham. Take your business elsewhere.
