Many thanks Charrie, your personal service is very much appreciated.

Charrie Felix booked our recent holiday to Bangkok then on to Samui Island, Thailand. From the first phone call she was professional, friendly and very helpful. Nothing was too much and she continued to help for the duration of our time away with alerts to flight changes, even taking our calls out of hours. This wasn’t the first time she has booked holidays for us and each time she has been wonderful. Looking forward to our next holiday with Balikbayan Travel.

Charrie has been my travel agent for so many years! 🙌 She will always give me options to choose from and takes consideration of your stop-overs (especially that I will be travelling with a toddler very soon) to make sure you get the best flights.
