We cant wait to go on our incredible Maldives holiday in 4 weeks time, we contacted him at short notice and he has arranged the hotel and seaplane! Phil was extremely helpful offering choices of accommodation to Antigua. We paid a deposit initially and the outstanding amount before travel. Phil fully explained and offered options on Diamond Club and room upgrades and benefits. The hotel itself was everything we could have asked for and more. Pre check in services are available along with an app that provides full details of the hotel and spa. The hotel app and Bedroom TV, also provides the facility to order free room service and reserve the a la carte restaurants. Would definitely use Ball travel again, can’t recommend enough.
