I can’t recommend Baltic enough!!!

Firstly, Brian was amazing dealing with us at the very beginning, then Nick Stephenson was beyond amazing, he was our guiding angel and there is no way we could have done this without his guiding hand! Then Andrew Eggleton dealt with us on our next stage of the journey and again the service was second to none!! Then Damian Clithero took over when it came time to secure insurances and he too was so invaluable! I would use these guys again in a heartbeat!

Recommend - especially for first time buyer

My partner and I are first time buyers and we were put in contact with Baltic Mortgage Solutions. We have been working with Dean for a couple of months and he has been incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the house buying process.

As we had never had to think about a mortgage before, Dean walked us through everything from how much we could borrow, to securing the mortgage offer, to organising life / mortgage protection insurance.

We did a lot of research ourselves but it was amazing to have a professional to lean on and have his expertise available.

Dean was very quick answering emails/calls and keeping us updated every step. He was also very patient with all the questions we had (and we had a lot). Would recommend.
