I had an excellent experience with Baltzar. I contacted them regarding an exchange of a pair of Albert Thurston braces, even though some time had passed since my original purchase.

They were extremely helpful and understanding, and the entire exchange process was handled very quickly and smoothly. I especially appreciate that they took into consideration that the braces were for my wedding and went out of their way to help me.

their automatic default shipping location is a UPS flex box, if you use apple pay this only shows up for a millisecond and then it disappears, but this flex box is not as it says 1,5 km away but rather all the way across town. They are refusing to refund for shipping and return shipping. not very customer friendly, will not use again

Ordered a Gran Sasso sweater for delivery to Canada. The sweater was shipped out immediately and arrived, very well wrapped inside and out, on my doorstep in 6 days. There was a minor issue which Baltzar expeditiously remedied to my satisfaction. I had a very pleasant dealing with Baltzar.com and would highly recommend them as an online vendor.
