Parents know what’s best for their children. When Linda Rosen was raising her three children, baby clothing that looked amazing, felt even better, and was great for the environment just wasn’t available. As a mom who wanted more for her children, Linda knew there had to be a better option. Together with her now-grown daughter Nikole Rosen and niece Lubna Salah, they founded Bamboo Little to make Linda’s dream a reality. Bamboo Little uses ultra-sustainable, super soft bamboo fabrics to give each of their products a high-end feel at an affordable price. Shipping from the USA with minimal packaging, recycled tissue paper, and cornstarch shipping bags, Bamboo Little is the green, snuggly solution that babies feel good in and their parents can feel good about. What better place to start babies off than on the right foot? Mission Statement: Bamboo Little knows baby clothing and accessories can look and feel great while being even better for the environment. As a female-founded family company, we use sustainable bamboo fabrics in all our products to make parents and babies happy and the world a better place.

Bamboo Little = Unresponsive Business
Can’t get a response on a simple question from this company. Sent multiple emails, and their customer support line goes right to voicemail and directs you to “send an email for the quickest response”.
EDIT: Just sent the email a third time. The email was sent to the correct address.
EDIT: Response received. Thanks!

Resposta da Bamboo Little
We looked up your order history, and we see that you placed one order on the 9th and one order on the 10th. The order on the 10th, included a note and also had the shipping protection which added 0.98. The footie price is the same.
We are more than happy to let you return one of the footies for a refund and have communicated that to you. You then requested to have us exchange the footie for you for a larger size and said that return shipping would be too expensive for you. We have tried our best to accommodate you and we hope you will reconsider your 3 star review since this is not an service error on the behalf of the company. Thank you
