Our shipping policies are clearly stated all over our website. It takes 23-30 business days for the order to reach your doorstep, so if you choose to place an order with us you're agreeing to said terms.

We did receive your return request, and the reason you gave for wanting to return was that the vest "didn't suit you", nothing regarding the size being wrong. However, we sent you an email requesting pictures of the item since you didn't add them to the original request, but we never got a response from you. It's impossible for us to process a request if we don't have the required documentation.

In a good-will act we are willing to study your case but we will kindly ask you to please send us the required pictures in reply to the email we previously have sent! Check your spam inbox in case it is not on the regular inbox.

It is the customer's responsibility to check the size charts and choose accordingly to their own measurements, of course you're always welcome to ask our customer service for help choosing the correct size. It is out of our hands if you ordered the wrong size for the Regina Sweater and didn't contact us for help.

Hi Hanne,

You had reviewed us already. This was our answer then, and it's the same still.

You placed your order with us on the 9th of december, and received it on the 17th of December. From that day to the day you submitted your request, 1st of January/2021, there are 15 days and our return policies are very clear on our website regarding the 14 day time frame to accept returns. You had 7 days after Christmas to submit the request on time, and it was out of our hands to process the request then.

If we were a scam company you wouldn't have received your Regina Sweater yesterday! Next time, we strongly advise you to read the shipping policies as you, yourself, admitted to not have done it before placing your order in one of the emails were we asked you about it. Here is your email:

What does “received by line-haul” means? (Tracking).

Maybe you should write it on the front of the page, so people don’t have to read FAQ and shopping terms before placing a order - it is not normal in DK.

It is, in fact, written all over our website, as we also informed you attaching a screenshot of the pop up that opens once a customer first visits our website. Here is our email:

We are very vocal about the reason why our items take a certain amount of time to arrive. Our suppliers and their warehouses are located around the whole world and for the time being, as we are still quite a small shop, we can’t have a stock here in Denmark yet of all the items in our store. That is the reason why.

Unfortunately I can’t give you an exact date for the item to arrive as it can vary between the 23 to 30 business days. “Received by line-haul” means that your package was received by a truck that will take the package to the airline.

Attached you’ll find a screenshot of our front page on our website where a popup opens and informs all customers about it when they first visit the website. We can’t make sure that you guys read them, but that’s why on our social media, we are always encouraging our followers to read all the important information. No matter what it’s important to know who you’re buying from and all the terms and conditions, otherwise how can you know you can trust that company with your money?

Your package was in transit for 29 business days, which is still within our stated delivery times, and that's why it is SO important that people read the shipping policies before placing orders.

Your package is out for delivery today, this information is available in our "Track Your Order" link.

We are very vocal with our delivery times that take 23-30 business days, and this information is on all over our website, so you knew how long approximately it would take. You placed your order on the 27th of December, and it was shipped out on the 2nd of December. When we talk about business days weekends and holidays are not included, so your package was in transit for, exactly, 23 days until today that it will be delivered.

Next time we advice you to read the shipping policies throughout and choose if you can wait the stated times.

Regarding our delivery times, as we always say, we encourage our customers to read our shipping policies before placing your orders so you can be fully aware that it takes 23-30 business days for your item to reach your doorstep. Your order was shipped on the 26th of August and you received it on the 16h of September, which means that the delivery only took 15 business days which is even less than our average. If you were not happy with your order you can return it at no cost to our offices in Denmark and we will refund you immediately, just let us know!

Now, about the lack of response on your email we want to apologize. We just realized, due to your review, that there was a mixup with your email and we did answer to you, but thought you were another one of our customers who had the same name and her order was #1036 who had also inquired about the shipping times and forwarded you the email we had previously sent to her. Again, we are sorry for the misunderstanding and it's definitely a growth opportunity for us.

Please let us know if you'd like to return the item or if there's anything else we could do for you, thank you for your time.

We hope that you have read our shipping policies before placing your order, as we state there that our deliveries take 23-30 business days to reach your doorstep. We've advised you through our email conversations, and our Customer Service Chat how to track your order and to make sure you're adding the order number instead of the tracking number when entering the required information.

Your order was shipped on the 9th of September, and it's been 18 business days since then, which is still within the shipping policies. Your package has arrived to customs on October 2nd, and it should be delivered within the next days.
