Horrific shipping times and customer support - ordered Dec 13th for a Christmas present didn’t ship until January. Was sent to wrong address. 7 emails and no response.

I would give zero stars if I could. Ordered well over 2 weeks ago. Still no correspondence on whether the tracking label was created. Contacted the support email a couple of times. No response. Never buy from this company.

Awful shipping times. Dont fall for their „membership” and priority customer service its non-existent. Over 5 business days and my order did not ship yet. Got 0 subscriber perks like insta close friends nor 2 pairs of socks. Cutomer service is responding with templates.

I've made a ton of purchases from Bandit over the past couple of years. My favorite piece is their Superbeam half tights. I've gotten them in almost every color they've dropped and swear by them for racing and training. Every time I've had even a small issue, customer service has fixed it quickly and with no questions asked. The brand definitely sells out of some products very quickly, but that's part of the fun - I know not everyone else is going to be wearing the same product as me. Such a huge fun. Checkout their youtube for some amazing stories, especially their Unsponsored Project.

It has been over a month since I was supposed to receive this package which FedEx has clearly lost. Bandit expects me to wait for them to get a reimbursement from FedEx and refuses to refund the purchase (not to mentioned asking me more than once to complete and sign a form showing that they have zero organisation when it comes to tracking customer issues). I didn’t realize that I was Bandit’s bank. HORRIBLE customer service especially for such a premium priced product! "Community First" must only apply to people who live in Brooklyn.

I joined the membership program, and the experience has been great—discounts on products, free shipping, and lots of great partners, including Asics. I also received my free gift :-) Can't wait to buy more gear...

Customer Care does not answer. I got the running-tights with damages delivered and send them the pictures of the damages. Bandit Running is not answering my mails. Actually i like the brand but when they deliver damaged clothes and they're not answering to this complaint, it's bad behavior to the customer.

Love the brand and it's mission! I have 2 pairs of leggins from Bandit and I wear them every week at the gym.
