Easy to understand views and they followed my directions. I had some gifs that needed to be redone and they completed those in about a day. I had 3 others look over the videos and they thought that the videos were great as well.

Fast service! Everything went fast!

We've been a subscriber for 2 years now and they are getting worse! They do not follow instructions carefully! Total waste of time. We'll be looking for another company to partner with. I had a video request for the Black Friday special and it was a complete disaster. Our simple revision request to omit just one sentence from the captions could not be followed. Instead, more mistakes came up on the revised video! Total incompetence!
