They stole my money and I never received nothing. I CONTACTED them through email and instagram and they sucked. I payed 154$ and I have the receipts but they never gave me my package nor refund. Next time buy it with your credit card because you never know if they steal your money, and if they do you can get it back through your credit.

Once you buy in the website you're literally becoming a member and they will send you products every 4 months and charge you automatically and when you go to the website there is no way to cancel!!!
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.. I originally signed up with the starter kit and a 3 month head replacement subscription.. my order confirmation clearly says I bought the subscription.. now they’re saying I don’t have a subscription and I need to buy the starter kit AGAIN!! After pushing back, now customer service is copying and pasting the same response… no customer service at all!!!
Had banisher 1,2 and now I just received banisher 3, has always been the best at home micro needling and the serums and masks have always helped improve my acne condition. This time I also bought 6 separate heads for banish 3 just to make sure I am backed up for a good while🤍✨ arrived right in time✨thank you from london😇
Broke out in rash and it made my skin worse. I messaged their customer support to get help and they can only offer a refund if I ship it back to them and pay for the return shipping myself.
