received my order, package arrived damaged, due to a pitiful shipping package which was opened and the product damaged. PRODUCT OF 500 VALUE SHOULD HAVE A DECENT PACKAGE FOR SHIPPING. i HAVE A PHOTO OF THE PACKAGE.

Not good online ordering format, frustrating
My order was put on hold because of low quality image. I immediately got different art and vector image. The notification does not have a link to go back to fix and art AND I spent 10 minutes waiting for the Chat to respond to me and it never did. They took my payment though! Now I am trying their customer support phone number.
