BannersOnTheCheap went above and beyond to make us feel like a valued customer.
Our company had placed an order for company flags / banners and then realized after it was in progress, we made a mistake on the sizing of our logo. We contacted their customer support and they offered to redo the order with the new sizing and not charge us except for the shipping costs. Amazing. We really appreciated that gesture. We will certainly use them again and recommend them to others. (the product we received was as expected and good quality)

The CSR who responded was very professional and had a marvelous telephone voice. She was very patient helping me navigate your website, which I found exceedingly difficult. I'm getting my banner soon. Thank you.

Product came promptly, exactly as ordered with full process color of an image which combines full color photo with animated characters and text. Appears to be very good quality considering the price (but i've not exposed it to elements yet). Will likely order from them again.

But, the shipping carrier badly crushed one end of the banner (shipping box)!!? So, the banner is now crinkled and a bit unsightly... ugh.

Wonderful customer service!! UPS lost my package and BOTC replaced it and sent it out in time for my event!

The banner we ordered was for our church's 4th of July parade float. It is such good quality & looks great!

My banners were amazing! My picture only filled in half if a large banner area but you guys did such a great job at making sure it fit end to end. They are nice and thick and the quality is just top notch!

Great selection and great price. Only suggestion I have is, if you are using a previous design and just updating/editing it, it should be noted that it only can be done AFTER it's in the cart. A fair amount of time was spent making changes only to be told (when the changes weren't showing up and I had to contact customer service), that I had to put the old design in the cart and re-do all my edits. Once that was figured out, making the banner was easy and it's very affordable.

I found it easy to navigate the site and create two banners that I’m really excited about. I thought the price was great. I hope to receive them soon!
