Great value, great car, great service. Made life very easy for us. My go to car rental for Queensland.

Staff were all helpful and well manned. Vehicle was clean upon receiving.

The car was great; however, management in the Brisbane office was very confusing about when the shuttle bus would travel. Nonetheless, after a phone call to the head office, things were explained differently, and the matter was cleared. We took an Uber.

Once in the office, good customer service. Officious person in the car park outside.

Good value vehicles. Friendly staff.

Affordable prices, I had no problems with the car, and I had it for 5 days. There was a slight smell of tobacco inside the car, but apart from that, everything was perfect. Returning the car was very quick.

Extremely courteous and professional staff. The vehicle was easily booked online. The airport pickup and drop off was punctual and proficient. The vehicle was clean and comfortable.

Well run company, especially for return customers. No fuss and very efficient. They have good stock and met our needs nicely. Highly recommend these guys, no dramas and great service.

The most useless car rental we have ever come across! Shouldn’t have to wait 30min for the bus. They tell you the bus is on its way and it’s clearly still sitting at the depot. Service is slow. The list goes on. Sooooooooooo frustrating!!! Avoid this company!

Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience with Bargain Car Rentals.
We discovered that the rental car had missing wheel nuts, and when it was inspected, three wheel nuts were missing in total. This was a serious safety concern and caused a lot of stress, additional costs, and disruption to our holiday.
We appreciate that Bargain Car Rentals eventually refunded our expenses. The person who handled our complaint was also very helpful, professional, and supportive throughout the process.
However, it is very concerning that a car with three missing wheel nuts was rented to us in the first place. I hope they improve their vehicle safety checks to prevent this from happening to other customers.

The way that problems was dealt with impressed me. I had electrical problems with the first car I was given, but when I brought it back I was simply given another car with no big hassles.

All the staff are helpful. I booked is a "surprise" model and I got a MG car. The experiences of getting and returning the car are excellent. Just one thing reminded that I used to drive "japan" model car. The control of turn signal is in the right hand side. But as the MG model is an "European" model car, the control is in the left hand side. It is a quite big problem for me. So perhaps for the "surprise" model, it is better that let the driver chooses the way of controlling turn signal. It is because it is about "safe". Thank you.

Staff are extremely helpful. Car is always ready on time. The hire rate is excellent. I find the courtesy bus drivers are courteous especially Peter on the morning shift.
