Is a scam !!
The whole shit is a ....

For a small business it was denied to open a check out payment gate. We have all required license, but still denied. And all this decision took more than 2 weeks time taking away from us to step forward.
Shame on BVarion. set up rules in advance, if you dont want to take small business to work with.

They scam you into putting money in the app then they charge high interest to use it (10%!)
Costumer service is a joke for them. Stay away!

It is a joke how long they using a refund money what I get from a webstore when I cancelled my order. Webstore refunded my money same day, barion sit on MY MONEY for 3 week before returning back on my account!!!

A Barion fizetési rendszer tapasztalataim alapján sajnos nem váltotta be a hozzá fűzött reményeket. Először is, a rendszer használata rendkívül bonyolult és felhasználóbarát megoldások helyett soklépcsős, nehézkes folyamatokkal kell megküzdenünk. Egy vállalkozás életében alapvető fontosságú egy megbízható és egyszerű fizetési rendszer, de a Barion ezt nem tudja nyújtani.

Az ügyfélszolgálat hatékonysága és segítőkészsége szintén hagy kívánnivalót maga után. Képtelenek online chat felületükön válaszolni vagy "operátort" kapcsolni, ami egy üzleti környezetben elfogadhatatlan. Az ügyfélszolgálat nem nyújtotta a szükséges támogatást, ami elengedhetetlen lenne a problémák gyors és hatékony kezeléséhez.

Összességében a rendszer összetettsége és az alacsony szintű ügyfélszolgálati tapasztalatok miatt nem ajánlanám a Bariont. A piacon számos más, felhasználóbarátabb és megbízhatóbb fizetési megoldás áll rendelkezésre, melyek jobban megfelelnek a modern vállalkozások igényeinek.

They let me in if I give them the security question. I know it, but it is not accepted. Without the security question it is not possible to login. Very unfrendly application!!!

I have registered to use the online payment gateway service. I have bought the gateway module.
These guys do no answer, do not want business at all... they have got a huge "Development grant" and it looks like everything was built for the grant.
Avoid them and do not buy their module.

They don't care about customers, my mother used 2x times this gateway for pay something and after second its charged her money from credit card even without warning or some confirmation, i contacted support, but they never reply, then i just blocked her credit card in a bank over internet banking..only one word !!untrustworthy!!

I applied for a Barion payment gateway almost 3 weeks ago. Filled out all the required section. Only received an email 2 days later, saying they need 3-5 working days to accept the request. We urgently needed the revision, cause we needed to open up the webshop. Everything was set up to go, but we waited for Barion to confirm. Called customer service twice, since nothing happened, no phone call either to me or the webpage developer. They promised I will get a call from a technical department the next day, nothing happened. Called again, same thing happened again, no news from them. More emails sent, and still not a call or a usable information. tried to customer service again for the last time, and they had me waiting in line for 20 minutes, when I finally decided I will sign up for a different payment gateway, who appreciate a customer business intention. My business lost valuable days (almost 3 weeks) due to Barion evaluable customer service! For them it takes 5 days to answer an email, and they dont give you the proper instructions. In addition, they asked in documentations they have no right. Anyone who wants to save TIME and MONEY, dont sign up with Barion. Email reaction time: zero, Customer care: zero!
